    The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is easy to reach by public transport.Breakfast is ok, but not great, for 8.90€.The receptionist was not very welcoming but maybe she just was busy.I would stay again in this hotel.

    We have been here in august 2020 during our holiday.The welcome was great and quickly. Due to corona you had to reserve your breakfast for the next day.The room was ok. A lot of noise from the traffic from the outside.Breakfast was served in a bag and we could have a sit in the dining room.First days we could get coffe by ourselfs but the last day one women from the reception shouted that it wasn’t selfservice dus to corona..... 😳😳The location is good near the city centre.The car can be parked under the hotel in the garage (not a lot of space).A plus is the big beergarden!!!!Overall an ok hotel but please inform all staff about the corona rules...

    Lovely room with large balcony and good facilities. Shampoo/Shower Gel provided as were towels etc.very comfy bed and large room with sofa and desk. Folder with maps/restaurants/information about the local area was also provided.Room was air conditioned.No coffee making facilities in the rooms but this was not missed and room service can be ordered.The breakfast hours are good and there was a wide selection of foods offered.Friendly staff, and parking is available for an extra charge.

    Surprisingly good hotel with a few downsides

    Had a short stay in the hotel during German Open Championship and was mostly pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Maybe it’s not that close to Leiderhalle, though it’s cleanness, good breakfast and single room with a balcony (!!) compensate for that. Also a good working air-conditioning saves you when it’s crazy hot in summer. What I didn’t like is that staff is not good with English, no fridge/mini-bar in a room to store the food bought in a supermarket and.. the elevator broke on the 2nd day of my stay and wasn’t repaired before I left, so I was lucky to have a friend who helped me with the luggage.

    Simple hotel with good breakfast

    The hotel is situated in a quiet area. The hotel is simple with old fashion decoration without luxuries but clean and convenient. Breakfast is very good. At reception they are very nice. If you arrive late ad the bar is close, you can get a beer from reception.
