Location

This hotel is located in the small city of Sindelfingen, which has its origins in the Middle Ages and is home to world-famous industry. Facility

The hotel has 53 single rooms and 50 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     A “Hilton” with extreme security vulnerabilities and ZERO service

    The Hilton Group hotel opened in February 2025 and it was a really great service.Unfortunately everything changed!During my last stay from 04.03.2026-02.04.2026 everything went wrong and the general manager was not willing to compensate decently. Hilton Guest Assistance had to help and was speechless about the conditions at the hotel.The reception was stopped at night, guests stopped coming to the hotel and rang the bell wildly, so you could no longer sleep on the ground floor at night. I let an international guest through the back entrance to the hotel one late evening. I had to check him in via the partner hotel in Wuppertal at the reception - incredible! Security equals zero!The rooms were hardly ever cleaned. On my floor lay used plasters and a trace of white powder. On my table were 4-5 used glasses - apparently during my absence (weekend and that was announced because I wanted to have my room cleaned through a voucher) there was a party - incredible! Toilet paper, shower gel - everything was missing and always had to be asked at the reception!One night, the master key was stuck in the kitchen from the outside. Anyone could have entered them, no one from the team was in the hotel.A toasted bread created smoke in the toaster, so the fire department and police moved in. What was the hotel doing? They opened all the windows: Oxygen + fire = ideal basis!Molded products were served at breakfast.Everything is documented with pictures.What's the general manager doing? He offers 200€ goodwill for a total of just under 2,000€ - a cheek!A hotel that initially ran great is totally run down in service. Every corner saves heavily.There is no gym: due to “maintenance work” this is closed for 2 years. Why? I don't think money...Very friendly staff keep this place running. A big thank you to Andrea and Burak from the front desk: you are doing a super good job! Katy from breakfast gives everything! Muhammad from breakfast is also extremely friendly.The GM was great at first! - but its savings are outrageous and impossible!I'm never coming back!All the best to the hardworking staff on site.     New hotel, very modern.Breakfast was great with a impeccable service team.Very clean, walking distance to a few restaurants.New towels, room was spacious.It has a parking lot and there is public garage nearby.No doubt that we will stay again.

    A bit rough area for mostly business people to stay. The staff was indifferent, car park full, breakfast basic, plus 100 euro more than Hilton. People were constantly smoking and loudly talking under windows. Not particularly clean on streets. Not recommended and we won’t stay again.

    Mohammed, you have a beautiful site. This was my first visit to a „Spark“ branded hotel and it won’t be the last.What didn’t start well, with Car Park issues, the night reception and my room having another guest already checked in, ended with a great conversation about the Spark brand and me wanting to go back.Thank you for the late check out and hospitality!

    Love this hotel. Just finished my first of three week stay and find the team very friendly and accommodating, the room comfortable and location excellent. Lots of shopping and dining options walking distance and the s-barn right across the street.
