    What a superb and fabulous hotel . I have stayed before and it never disappoints. The two gentlemen who work the bar area have great customer service and are both extremely hard working. The breakfast staff were also excellent and very attentive tentative.     Great hotel with superb staff

    This hotel was a great experience. Kathrin on reception was particularly helpful as we were first time visitors to Stuttgart. She gave us detailed recommendations and great advice about what to do (and what not to do!) and where to dine. We hadn’t booked dinner in the restaurant before arriving and she managed to get us in. It was a lovely evening.The team made a great effort to make our wedding anniversary special and memorable. Breakfast was very good and we greatly appreciated the Irish breakfast tea. The restaurant service was faultless.The entire hotel was impeccably clean. There was a lot of solid wood echoing the forest setting. I’d love to go back to take advantage of the gardens/sauna in warmer weather. It’s a 5 minute walk to the U and the trains were very frequent and quick to the city centre. Our departure was also lovely with a warm send off from reception! Thanks to all.     Really lovely hotel with wonderful beds, and bed linen, a really bucolic setting, fantastic food and wine in the restaurant. I could not recommend this highly enough for any type of trip whether business or leisure.
