Facility

Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     A solid, if basic, hotel in a great location, within walking distance of everything you would want to see. The room was basic, comfortable with everything I needed and kept very clean.Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.The best thing about the hotel was the wonderful roof top terrace and pool, from which you can see the Acropolis. Absolutely loved being up there, and a great team

    We stayed 3 nights here and it's an excellent hotel with polite, attentive staff.Our communal buffet breakfast was of a very high standard, with a fresh orange juice maker and everything else you could possible want.Fresh Hotel is a tiny bit out of the centre but it suited us to be directly away from the hub and crowds of Athens centre but has a wonderful roof top bar with fantastic views over the whole Acropolis.Visit the Acropolis the hotel receptionist recommended the Metro over taking the bus( only 4 mins walk away) and Acropolis is an easy 3 stops which for me was so much better than the 30 mins walk there. Yes, we could have taken a taxi but it's always more fun navigating the metro in any new city and avoiding taxi fares.We needed the Fresh Hotel brolly at the start of our holiday because it was chilly and showery.Plenty of restaurants nearby our Hotel. Our city of Mycenae centre day tour by 'Chat tours' was well worth doing with a delightful experienced guide, which also included a walking tour of a not to be missed.... town of Nafplion. We highly recommend Fresh Hotel and Chat Tours.

    Hotel is well located within walking distance to Acropolis and many restaurants.The staff were all very friendly and we quickly got our rooms .The rooms are smallish but adequate and clean .Unfortunately our room did not have a fridge or safe. Lovely bathroom and shower .Breakfast was lovely with a great selection.I would have given this hotel 5 stars but once we had checked out we were sitting in the lobby having moved all our bags to the side . We were put under pressure by the doorman to take a taxi and leave .There was very heavy rain outside . We felt under pressure to take a taxi that he had ordered . This was the only part of our stay that disappointed us .

    This hotel was run by Marriott. It was a pleasant surprise for us. We use Booking.com to make the reservation. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and neat and modern. And the breakfast was outstanding.
