  Lovely hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Good food in the restaurant and pool bar.

  Fabulous Hotel ! Always a sanctuary to return to after tackling the fast busy road outside(partial footpath) and crossing the dual carriage way to Gouvia or Marina. Food lukewarm in buffet style hot plates. We didn't have a car.

  This hotel is beautifuly decorated and maintained . Great staff that work hard and maybe we felt they were a bit understaffed , I say this because of waiting for drinks in restaurant. The lovely blonde lady (sorry dont know her name ) but she recognised us as weve stayed here before . Shes amazing and is the only one who knows what shes doing , a big thank you for looking after us . Rooms are all lovely and serviced to a excellent standard , clean sheets , towels changed regularly . Pool area and outside bar really nice and very nice lunch there . Here comes the not so good points , nothing really nearby and gouvia which is 5 mins walk is run down and not a great area . Further along 25 min walk is a very nice marina with bars . So really there is nowhere nice to walk too in a evening , only to have drinks at hotel . Most importantly the food was always cold or luke warm , this after a few days gets annoying so we ate out in corfu town . Many people felt the same and only maybe management not aware or it does not affect them . Trouble is nowhere else to go to so you can be stuck with it . On our last evening we asked about a taxi and buses into corfu town and was told it was a Bank Holiday so check timetables. Little did she care to mention that nowhere would be open , resturants , bars and shops all closed. A few touristy ones open only . I think it would have been decent of her to mention this to us as why else would we go into the town on a evening 🤔. Not the best customer service with some staff on reception and that is such a shame . If you like to get out and about get a car as some beautiful beaches further north like Nisaki . This is a honest truthful account and we never do big 5 star hotels as we like small hotels but take into consideration that you may be stuck if you dont use public transport or hire a car , unless of course you like to stay in the hotel all the time. Our culinary team consists of professionally trained chefs with specialization in Mediterranean cusine placing great emphasis on the quality , freshness and authenticity of every dish .All our recipes are prepared daily in house with selected ingredients and home made techniques .We fully recognize that gastronomy is high subjective and is not always possible to satisfy every individual taste .However our constant priority remains to provide a rich balance that reflects the local tradition and hospitality standards .We always receive the best comments regarding service and staff how it comes that went so wrong during your stay .During your stay you never mentioned any issues so that we would take care of them and ensure the best possible experience.On public holidays is natural transportation services may not operate normally , for this reason we always recommend checking schedule in adavance .Perhaps the unstable weather of May created very negative feelings , which is very undertsandable , but the begging of season always comes with these kind of challenges.We hope to have the oportunity to welcome you again in the future .Kind regards Art Hotel Debono Team

  Fabulous hotel. Boutique style. Immaculately clean. Pool area so tropical. Staff are absolutely wonderful. We were half board and there was a great choice of food. A five minute walk to town crossing a busy road but they had pedestrian crossings so not a problem. Highly recommend. Mainly older couples when we visited (including ourselves 😂) but some younger clients. The place has such a chilled relaxed vibe. We’ll be back.

  Just what I hoped for

  Travelled with two others so we had a bungalow which was fabulous; peaceful and with a lovely view over some olive trees to Pantokratos. The room facilities were excellent with a great shower and a lovely big comfy bed. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable (shout out to Josef and his exceptional cocktails!) Buffet breakfast and dinner were lovely, accompanied by a couple of very cute cats politely asking for any leftovers. Lounging by the pool was so relaxing with service from the pool bar including a good selection of lunch options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Efharisto!
