  When doing our research 'THE HILL' was mentioned several times warning us of it and that people with walking difficulties ,not us, should avoid this hotel. It turns out that it's not that bad unless you are infirm and as a couple of 72yo's we managed, however a more relevant observation would be that it is a 20-25 min walk each way to the village to get your food/drink etc. The hotel snack bar closed at 15.30 every day though there was a snack dispenser for crisps etc but no alcohol available when the bar was closed. No one policed the NO GLASS around the pool which could have caused a serious problem. We had a minor issue with the room allocated to us but it was sorted immediately by the wonderful staff, rooms were clean and tidy as was the rest of the property

  I lovely surprise!

  We arrived very late in the evening, and we are totally taken by surprise when we were given a free upgrade by the manager Hrisolia.We found a resort, extremely peaceful and a short walk to the beach.The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, but nothing seems too much trouble.Thank you all, for a wonderful stay.

  Nice hotel with friendly staff. We had some great days by the pool. And only a 5 minute walk from the city. A place we definitely consider to visit again. We ordered with breakfast and had a nice welcoming from the breakfast lady, every morning. When we left they helped us printing our boarding pass and ordered a taxi. Great service. We lived in room 315. A nice room next to the pool. It was perfect.

  Lovely last minute holiday

  Stayed for 1 week, last minute booking, arrived early morning in the dark, and woke up to a fantastic view from the balcony. Set on a steep hill, within walking distance of the beach and village of koutouloufari. Apartment very basic and had to ask to have towels and bed linen changed (only had towels changed once, and it said in apartment every 2 days). Had breakfast on first morning 8 euros which was nice, but we ate out the rest of our holiday, lots of lovely tavernas and restaurants within walking distance. Pool area very clean and lovely views, sunbeds always available. Very quiet, no music. Bar area is open from 7am till 3pm. Would return for the price we paid 49% discount tui last minute booking, but would of been disappointed if we'd paid full price.

  Amazing stay

  The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were very welcoming and generous. They gave us ab option for a sea view room which was thoroughly amazing, spacious, clean with comfy beds and super working air conditioning. We stayed for 11 nights and my partner and I had a fabulous time! The pool was big enough and the staff even gave us a coffee and tea on the house one time! They also rang us a take away so we could have food delivered one night as we couldn’t call on our phones, which was no hassle or problem. We didn’t mind about the hill that we walked up everyday back to the hotel because we are quite active people anyway, but if your elderly or not as active a taxi or renting a car/bike is available and accessible where staff will always be there to help. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place, the beautiful setting and most of all the stunning views. The only thing I would say, is a bit more entertainment perhaps on a night but I think because it’s run by a small family perhaps this is sometimes not possible, but they don’t mind if you put your own music on and create your own vibe by the pool like we did! Will definitely be visiting again in future.
