Location

This resort is located in Georgioupolis. Guests reach a lake within 4 km, where they can enjoy a picnic or a stroll.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2022. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Valuables can be securely locked in the safe. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. The souvenir shop gives guests the opportunity to bring home mementos of their holiday. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with projector and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A welcome gift awaits guests. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the queen-size bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 5 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A waterslide guarantees plenty of fun for young and old, and the pool bar provides sustenance and refreshing drinks. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers a variety of outdoor sports, including beach volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy paddle tennis and fishing. With water aerobics or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, canoeing and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments, cellulite treatment and a reflexology massage. Subject to charge: aromatherapy. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 4 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental, English, early riser, late riser and warm), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for lunch). Diet meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, lactose-free food, vegan food and whole, unprocessed foods can be prepared on request. Baby food is available for little ones. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands.

    As every year, our stay was fantastic. The amenities were very nice, even with a new playground on the back area. The food was great. The personal was as always on point! great Team!

    Not sure what to say except very dissatisfied and disappointed with Pilot Beach . First of all the hotel tax had rocketed in price as we were there for 10 nights as well set us back about €180 and then it Started first when arrived we had requested when we booked last year when we left and got back home to be around the same pool and the same rooms if possible with a superior booked and paid for a year in advance. When we arrived we noticed were put in the other side of the hotel near the beach. We thought must be nice rooms over there so didn’t say anything and when we arrived it was like we had just been dumped on the outskirts of the complex and the room was small with one small put up bed for my daughter that she couldn’t fit in and 2 singles pushed together. We were sure this was not a superior room that was paid for the rooms was outdated and seemed like they had just been sort of had a lick of paint. On the door as you went in the room it smells of sewage and the patio was no visible view on a bottom floor and where no grass had been grown or cut and sun loungers just dotted around. So we went back and we explained to the receptionist and the only nice reception person was the gentleman all the others talked like they didn’t have time for you or you was stupid. Long story but there wasn’t a room spare (but were given the choice of another room what was worse said it wasn’t excepting it as we had paid for a superior)till the next day so we couldn’t unpack and had to stay in that room until the next morning after breakfast so we called again at reception and was told to call after lunch from our room so we went back to the room at lunch to call reception and to our surprise the door was wide open and all our things had gone only the maid was there said they had taken to the new room and to go reception. Then realised all our valuables were still in the safe with the door open. !! So eventually got our new room which was a superior what we had paid for and then had been saving our change in a ash tray to give to our usual maid when we left and one day when I usual maid it was her day off the other maid must have taken all the money off the top and moved all our things to get to the money spoke to the manger he saidthe maid thought it was for her and give us complimented tickets for the Greek night at the restaurant so glad I didn’t pay as was put at the front of the stage near the speaker we had to eat really quick and leave as we was going to be deaf.Seemed like some of the up keep had gone down a bit tiles falling off in pools grass not being cut. Also it seemed we were getting ripped of as we was half board as we don’t drink that much and prefer to pay if we have drinks or food when we want and so we were told of one of the waiters we should have been getting bottles of branded pop coke etc and branded spirits but we wasn’t and still getting charged. Another thing that wasn’t really good. So comes to the check checks out didn’t really look at the bill how stupid gets on the coach and heads towards the airport and surprise surprise we had been billed for the Greek night up top it all off. Really disappointed in many aspects have not booked to return again all in all I had taken think about €1200 and my card it seems as if it had gone really expensive spent not far off about €1500 with card and cash . And not like we had done anything big had a meal out one night 2 goes on the jet skis and just eating and drinking in the hotel .     We went at end of October for one week, we got a very good deal ! so overall I wouldn't say this is a 5 star hotel due to room and food, Its very clean and food is ok but not great. The reason I gave it top marks is location and pools/beach, the beach is amazing really beautiful and it was a nice walk down the beach into local town which was less than 10 minutes walk(loads of places to eat and souvenir shops), The sea was very clean and fact we could swim in at end of October was great as it was quite warm. General service was great and we felt safe at hotel - I was expecting no shows/entertainment etc as well out of season but every night they had shows and they all put a good effort in - the drifters band were one of highlights of holiday. I would recommend this hotel. I think its very good value for the money we paid.     Good Hotel, beatiful beach with excellent clear water. Accomodation war good. Service appropriate. Food was not the best quality. Wide range of food but not all was good.
