  We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ritsa. The beds were extremely comfy and we all slept really well every night. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for both adults and kids. The staff were Beyond friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Minas, Denise and Barbara are just wonderful people and the bar man who starts at 4pm ( sorry I can’t remember his name ) Thank you all so much xx Kal & Sandra xx

  Had a lovely stay at Villa Ritsa. My apartment was on the ground floor. Lovely and spacious. I found the bed very comfy. Bathroom was modern with a walk in shower, though the floor can get very wet when showering, just use the floor mat provided to mop up excess. The sunbeds around the pool are very comfortable and no issue with getting a bed, though I have heard that in high season can be a problem with peole reserving beds from early morning.I had lunch a couple of times and the food was tasty and along with the drinks all reasonably pricedThere is a supermarket a few minutes along the road and the beach is about 5-10 minutes walk awayEven though the Villa Ritsa is on the main road don't let that put you off, I never noticed any excessive noise, and there is an underpass right outside, where you can safely get to the other side of the road.All the staff and the owner are all very friendly and helpful.Thank you for a very pleasant stayI would highly recommend and would definitely stop there again

  Great stay again at Villa Ritsa

  Went back to Villa Ritsa for 3rd year in a row to meet friends we first met there. It is only a 2 star but it's got all the basic self catering requirements, it's a short 5/ 10 minute stroll via an underpass to the main beach road where the bars and restaurants are, the pool area is nice and customers are all friendly. It's family run and all staff are friendly and helpful. You can get food and drinks all day into the evening and all prices are very good value. We found that after going out to eat in the evenings when we returned there was always people having a drink and a chat with each other. It's popular because it is so friendly and welcoming. Not all guests are elderly and infirm as was suggested in another review and we have not heard people saying they would not return, just the opposite because people feel comfortable there and are treated more like family not customers. The owner does go out of his way to make your stay comfortable and like a previous reviewer said he offered to drive us to the shops to pick up groceries. The owner has run Villa Ritsa for a number of years and we have certainly not seen a determination of service and facilities in the last 3 years. It's a little place with a big heart.

  Found a little gem hereLovely apartment I’m a lone traveler but with friends Had my own apartment it was clean and maid service every dayLooked lovely every time I came in fresh towels etcThe owner was fantastic we went to shop to get water drinks some food items all heavy He came up to shop in car and picked us upSo we wouldn’t have to carry them!!So it’s only a small family run business It’s 2star but excellent The pool is clean sunbeds are not an issue Don’t have to go down at the crack of dawn They offer a small menu at bar but by god it’s for nothing 2poached eggs on toast Beans on toast Scrambled egg on toast 3 euros Lovely cappuccino 2 euros Wine large 4eurosBeer large 4eurosFor nothing really Not a hotel !!But served with smiles Will be back more than once!!

  You get what you pay for!

  This was meant to be a 2* plus hotel. Several of the guests we met said they would not return, despite having stayed there for several years as it had gone downhill since the owner's son had taken over. This was our first visit so we could not comment on that. We had not bargained on there being such an elderly and infirm clientale so myself and my 23 year old son felt quite out of place. On the plus side it was clean and we just used it as a base. But Jet2 didn't tell us it was next to a busy main road with noisy traffic and motor bikes all day and night. Our towels were changed just once during our week but our bins should have been emptied every day (when you bear in mind Greek plumbing and what goes in the bins, daily is absolutely necessary). The continental breakfast comprised 2 slices of toast and jam, fruit juice and coffee (a Nescafe sachet with hot water) and the cooked breakfast included 2 fried eggs and one racher of bacon, hardly the food of the Gods. Would I recommend? Depends on your budget and it certainly did not spoil our holiday..... but I will not be returning to this particular establishment.
