This spa hotel, perfect for beach holidaymakers, active holidaymakers, club holidaymakers, families, singles and nature lovers, is located only a few steps from the sand and shingle beach, just outside of Ouranoupolis. It is about 7 km to the centre. Public transport stops are just outside the door.

Facility

The club was modernised in 2025. 244 non-smoking rooms are available to guests. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area (no extra charge). A business centre with fax machine, projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Those who don't want to neglect day-to-day business can make use of the secretarial service. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer is available in the bathrooms. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked.

The pool area also includes a hot tub (for a fee), a waterslide and a pool bar. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. A variety of activities such as beach volleyball, volleyball and jogging or, for a fee, tennis, are offered at the hotel. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and table tennis. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Third-party operators offer a sauna, steam bath, hammam and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme (no extra charge).

Meals

Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking. International brands are available for an additional fee. There are alcoholic beverages as well.

    We had such a lovely stay at Alexandros Palace. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and chilled exactly the holiday we needed.The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and especially lovely with my daughter. They went out of their way to make her birthday special by arranging a cake delivery, singing for her, and creating such a memorable moment for our family.Amazing value we went allInclusive wellWorth the money.A special thank you to Efthymios, who truly went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. His kindness and attention made a huge difference to our stay.Thank you all so much for such a wonderful holiday we can’t wait to return!

    Location is picturesque lot of greenery there is absolutely nothing local to this hotel, so if you enjoy a holiday where you just sit round the pool you are fine, if you are not then it becomes quite expensive using Taxis as the buses are not reliable and few and far betweenThere is some entertainment but you have to pay for your drinks in the Pearl Bar, you get a 20% discount for being all inclusive A small coffee is 5 euros most drinks are 10The beeches are small not commercialised We upgraded the room to a junior suite they are clean roomy, however the air con didn’t work, the fly screen needs repairedThe rooms are on very steep inclines if you use the stairs they are like the Spanish stepsIf you are not good on your feet I would not recommend this hotel at all, there are no bannisters to stairs to rooms and they are steepI have never been to a 4 star hotel were there are so many restrictions to both food and drinkThe snack bar is a fridge with pre made sandwiches pastries and fruit you get one scoop of ice cream per servingThe only thing you can help yourself to is the food in the main restaurant where food is like warm so you have to use the microwave Although we didn’t get here until 1 am (obviously loosing a whole day of food and refreshments) you have to check out at 11 am on your day if departure and the all inclusive ends at 12 noon, so if you have a late flight out it’s an expensive day, again I’ve never come across this in an all inclusive hotelThere is very little atmosphere, the animation team seem to focus on French people only if you are sitting near where they want to do something you will be told to move by them, they haven’t conversed with any English guests in fact they are quite ignorant

    We went to get a break to a decent area - we like Greece. Was it perfect? No, but they helped and resolved minor issues. The 'Boss' has mobilty issues, operation due, and they were most helpful. The food? OK, buffet fare but fine. All inclusive a bonus. Getting around, the hotel provided a 'taxi' service that was great. Several local trips. A private beach bar that we enjoyed.The main plus points are the brilliant staff, they made us welcome and got to know us in no time at all. Nothing was too much trouble. Plus it was a great place to stay, the room was a good size, not luxury but a good standard.     Comfortable room, delicious food, world class beach, two pools with amazing cocktails, surrounded by amazing nature. Very friendly staff and so many things to do there (spa, gym, sports/watersports, scuba diving, live music, etc).
