  Except service,nothing here is for vacation with your friends.Food is a disaster where you have only 5 options for main dish and some salad.There is no such as beach bar and the beach is only with 10 sunbeds and no security.The hotel itself need renovations and bathrooms are as small as for a kid.I wouldn’t recommend this only if you are a old couple whom don’t want to have any party and go outside but only to stay in one place.

  WE had (me and my wife) a wonderful stay , from Oct 1.2025 until Oct 5 2025, at Bianco Beach resort- All inclusive. ALL the personnel was very kind and very friendly, from the reception (Ellen and Tania) to the restaurant personnel. We found the food very good and our room very clean.   This Hotel 🤣 does not deserve the 4 ⭐️ Status. Even some of the Staff said that they had no idea how it was obtained. 💶 ? My Wife and I were there from June 19th until June 29th. Unfortunately We did not trust ALL of the bad reviews, WE should have! We booked with ‘ Voyage Privé. Our first room number was 246. On the fourth day we changed to room number 212 because of the status of the first room. The bathroom was extremely Dirty, and full of mold.🦠. The shower drain was Full with hair and who knows what else 🤮. The smell was disgusting. After many complaints to Voyage Privé we were told we would get a better room. Room 212 was cleaner and did not smell as bad. The Hygiene standards here are terrible. The food was not good and quite often repeated itself!! The dress code Is a joke! We saw guests at the buffet without shirts on! 🤢 I will be posting many pictures! There was only Entertainment once a week. Greek night on Saturday‘s, this was nicely done. The WIFI is very slow. Working from here is not possible. All of the drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic are no name brands. The drinks were cold though. 😊. The beach area is quite a long walk with a sharp incline to return to the hotel. Not good for anyone with medical issues. There is NO Beach Bar! The one and only place to get drinks, is in the dining area, when open, or the ´Pool Barˋ which is a minimum of 20 Meters from the pool. The pool bar is open from 10.00 until 01.00 depending on the amount of guests still awake at this time. All inclusive is from 10.00 until 23.00 even though online it says until 01.00. I will also post pictures. A car is needed to do any shopping or to eat somewhere else, which We did many times. The buffet is very often not marked with what exactly the foods are. This is VERY dangerous for anyone with Allergies!!! The coffee machine in the dining area was extremely dirty 🤢. The glasses were Always dirty 🦠. Not just water stains but “Food Remnants” 🦠. The dining area floors, both inside and outside always had some type of garbage lying around. Paper, food. Check out the pictures. Very hard to find a parking place. Dangerous when having a New rental car. No Air Conditioning anywhere but in the rooms. Makes it fun trying to eat while sweating 🥵. The rooms are very small and have toilets where no Paper products are supposed to be flushed in. Very old standards and the bathroom always smelled like sewage! 💩. The smell at the hotel entrance when the garbage dumpsters were emptied from the kitchen, directly next to the entrance, was disgusting!!! 🤮 Check out the pictures. The pool’s blue coating deteriorated a lot over the time of our stay. I 🙏 this is not dangerous to our Health! 👀 at my pictures. The pool is only open from 10:00 until 18:00!!! You can get fresh pool towels daily. 10 Euros per towel are needed as a deposit. That is okay but our receipt was gone on our last evening. I had taken a picture on the first day so we were able to get our deposit back. I would warn EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS HOTEL 🤣. I personally will NEVER AGAIN BOOK WITH Voyage Privé!Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope they find a better place to work.Tanja at the reception was GREAT. The Lifeguard was also very good. The Bartenders were very good.The Manager never had the courage to talk to us about our situation. Not professional! He was friendly but I have a feeling he was not happy about our complaints. Maybe he also knows that this hotel is overrated? This Hotel is part of the “Hotel Brain Group”. Hopefully Management reads my review and makes changes.This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. I heard the same from many other guests while we were there.Nobody understood the good ratings. I can understand guests from certain countries that do not have the same standards and expectations that may not be too irritated at these very low ‘never ever’ 4 ⭐️ standards , BUT we talked to several and they also payed near the same price which we payed! This I do not understand!!!My final conclusion and RECOMMENDATION is not to book this hotel. I have warned everyone. I wish we had trusted past guests that were honest about their experiences with this 🦠🤢🤮 hotel from HELL!

  Staff Kindness Made Our Stay Memorable

  We had a wonderful stay at Bianco Olympico Beach Resort - All Inclusive! What stood out the most was the incredible kindness and friendliness of the staff – from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, everyone was smiling, attentive, and always ready to help.Of course, things like food and cleanliness can be subjective and vary from one guest to another. However, the genuine hospitality and warmth of the staff are truly everywhere, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable.Thank you for the lovely atmosphere – we felt welcomed and well taken care of!

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!I cannot explain how bad this hotel is, the money you spend will be a waste and good luck ever getting a refund. The staff are rude and when you voice your complaints the manager gets defensive and denies all, no accountability ever taken. Rooms are dirty and cheap often not being cleaned. They also do not have safe locks on or fire alarms. The photos are taken very strategically and miss all the moulded areas around the pool and flies on the food. This is the worst hotel i have ever been too and I would encourage everyone to stay well clear.
