  Good Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement

  We had a pleasant stay at this budget hotel, which is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the beach (which has a Beach Bar and free access). However, be prepared for a bit of a steep hill climb on the way back to the hotel. On the plus side, the hotel is also within walking distance of the main road, where you'll find a supermarket, restaurants, and other amenities.The hotel offers free parking, which was great. The area was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax during our vacation. Our room, which was about 35 sq.m, was spacious enough for our family of four. However, it would have been helpful to have more power outlets—there were only two, which made charging multiple devices a bit tricky. The kitchenette was handy for preparing light meals, though make sure to bring or buy washing-up liquid and a sponge, as these weren’t provided.We stayed on the ground floor, so we had a garden/forest view. The owner was very helpful and polite, which added to the overall positive experience. On the downside, breakfast was quite basic, and the room could use a bit of updating—some fixtures and fittings could be repaired or replaced. It would’ve been a nice addition if the hotel had a pool, especially for the kids.Overall, we had a good stay and would consider returning, but a few upgrades could make it even better.

  Nice location in a quiet, well kept garden. Spacious clean rooms with nice sea and forest view. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator and kitchen for preparing light meals. It’s about 500m to the beach but you need a car, as you have to go down a hill and then climb up again for returning, which is tiring if you try it on foot. Great organization and service. The owners are friendly and polite. I recommend it!

  Good hotel with amazing sea view. Absolutely quiet place. But without car it will be a little difficult because for beach bar you need go down from the hill and later come back up. It can be a little hot 🌞. Hotel close to all shops and caffe. There is small kitchen with everything what you need.

  Lovely place to stay in a relaxing resort

  Lovely little gem of a place, great apartments ideally situated in the resort. Daily cleaning, regular bedding and towel changes and a great view down the hill to the sea. Gabriella is friendly and helpful, we had a great stay there. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away, downhill, and the main street of Kriopigi with the shops, taverns and bars is 5 minutes uphill. The local beach is a lovely quiet sanctuary, well worth the walk. There is a tourist train and minibus which runs up and down to the beach if you're not feeling energetic! Be aware Kriopigi is on a hill, and the road down from the main road is pretty steep - not a resort for anyone with mobility issues!
