    Very bad rooms, not cleand and very small, the parking is to much for this location (15€/day), and an other 70€ fee for the satbiliment. The people from reception treat everythig that is normal and they receive many complaines. I don't recomand this hotel at all.

    considering the ratings for hotel, we expected very bad accommodation. but surprisingly the hotel is not bad at all and deserves a higher rating. it is an older hotel but the rooms are clean, there is a large selection of food. it is located on the beach itself.beach is nice and costs 15 eur for 2 sunbeds. Good wifi signal. Not bad for 3* star hotel,not 4

    Holidays Desaster caused by a serbian Tradeunion

    The Property has perfect Location, but everything other is really poor. Small and old Rooms. On Top of that, in that Time (9th-15th Sep.) in the Hotel was an annual Week Meeting of some serbian Tradeunions. The serbian Group have terrorized the other Hotels Guests and all the Beach arround with incredible Noise and Screams allmost all the Day, making our Holydays to Desaster.

    Great place to stay!First, close to the sea - literary situated on the sand beach.Rooms are quite good with quite large balconies opened to the sea from the sea side exposed towards the sea and on the opposite side in the quite courtyard area. There is enough space in the room designed as typical junior rooms fulfilling its function for a vacation.The best part of the hotel besides its position next to the Chaniotis green park area is its service and politeness of the stuff! The hotel kitchen is great, rich and the food is fresh, well prepared so one can choose different menu each day. So suitable for people with small children...Well, if you're looking for some exquisite or luxury place, this hotel is not the place for you but, if you're looking for some great place next to the sea, hospitality, clean and neat space with great food and polite stuff with beat old fashioned entrance hall, cosy rooms - you are on the right spot!

    Nice location but bad conditions

    Room was small and very old, we got 4 beds in room for 2 persons so there was not enough place at all. Bathroom was dirty and yellow but they changed towels everyday. Breakfast was same everyday, choice was pretty good. Also we paid for sun beds every day 12 euros… But location is amazing you don’t need to spend your energy to came to sea which is perfect
