Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this resort lies in Gerakini, right on the hotel's private sandy beach.

Facility

The resort was renovated in 2025. The 118 rooms have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 173 bungalows offer even more space and comfort. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Further services include a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a childcare service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Equipped with a TV and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a baby bath. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 4 indoor and outdoor pools. The freshwater pool area, which is in part heated, also has a children's pool. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating, canoeing and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and pilates. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a buffet restaurant, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Another fabulous Ikos holiday

    This was our second visit to Ikos Olivia (last time was 4 years ago) and since then the resort has been renovated. We love the fact that the majority of the restaurants are down near the beach with a sea view. The Garden restaurant was new for us and we thought it was a great addition and the steak there was absolutely delicious. The rooms were very clean and all the staff were 10/10. Particular mention to Carlos at the Aqua pool who brought a smile to our face and couldn’t do enough to keep us well refreshed. The deluxe pool offered a quieter setting and the pool there was lovely with a great seating area off to the side overlooking the beach. We thought Niki the Front of House Manager was fabulous. She checked in with us during our stay especially after my Dad had been poorly and clearly believes in everything about the Ikos brand. Definitely another 5 star rating

    The usual Ikos standards, overall perhaps a little smaller to the other Ikos we have visited (Dassia, Andalusia). A nice relaxing break enabled by excellent service all round

    Once again, Ikos did not disappoint. Outstanding service, facilities and food. Notable mentions to Kostas driving the buggies, and Konstantinos, Gabriel and Sofia at the beach. Simply superb.

    Amazing hotel, fantastic staff, great food and drinks choices

    This is our third time we have stayed here and each time it gets better and better. The rooms are lovely and clean with great views across the gardens and the sea. All the staff work particularly hard and are always polite and can’t do enough for you. The fresh food on offer is amazing and all the restaurants are equally as good, it’s very hard to pick a favourite. As a family we really enjoyed our stay and it was relaxing and peaceful as well as being fun. There isn’t much outside the hotel, but we didn’t mind just relaxing in the beautiful resort. The staff that particularly stood out for us was Thomas by the smaller top pool, Vasaliki in the buffet restaurant (she has a high curly pony tail) and Connie in Anaya. There was also a young girl at the beach bar, we didn’t catch her name but she was blondish and very kind to our daughter. We can’t recommend Ikos Olivia enough and we will definitely return to this wonderful resort soon.

    Absolutely recommend this hotel. Ikos offers the full luxury experience for the entire family. Amazing food and facilities but top of the list is the outstanding service. All staff are so friendly, polite and go out of their way to ensure that they exceed expectations. The one waiter that stood out the most was Carlos. It is clear he has passion for the job he does. He is committed to providing an excellent service as he is helpful, knowledgeable and always joyous. Thank you Carlos and all at ikos for making our holiday here memorably.
