  Wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday in Greece ❤️The beach is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the atmosphere is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious — a great variety, fresh products .A huge plus for the very kind and helpful staff, everyone is friendly and welcoming. This place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Greek atmosphere. We truly recommend it and would love to come back! ☀️

  Much needed holiday

  Had a much needed holiday. Rooms nice and clean, even have fly screen on doors great to keep anything out and air allowed in. Staff led by Despina lovely helpful outstanding individual & her team also very helpful, Christina, Nasia, Pelagia and Georgia. A young lady that took the drinks orders in the evening, very welcoming. All staff were lovely.

  Currently staying here at the stunning Kassandra Palace for a 2nd time. This time I've brought my family along to come and enjoy it with me !!!..This beautiful hotel most definitely doesn't disappoint 2nd time round either, its still wonderful ✨️..If you want peace, tranquility, and to de-stress then this is the place to visit..The hotel and its ground are absolutely amazing, beautiful manicured gardens, with an array of flowers which are delightful, so very pretty. The hotel and the surrounding areas are cleaned every day, and also maintained to a very high standard. The cleaners, gardeners, maintenance staff work incredibly hard, and are an absolutely delight to speak too..All the staff at reception, restaurants and bars are all very well mannered, professional, and friendly. They take great pride in their work, and go above and beyond to assist you, and always with a smile. The hospitality here is amazing. I am extremely happy with the overall service that we have recieved!!...Despina, who is the guest relations manager here, is a truly beautiful lady inside and out. If there is any issues during our stay she will sort it out quickly and efficiently, she is very approachable, and excellent at her job...Despina also takes a great interest in you as a person, and treats you with respect and kindness. All the staff are fantastic here !!!!!. Yes, the hotel is remote, but when you want a relaxing holiday its a wonderful location..However, if you want to go to the nearby traditional villages, market etc, the bus stops right outside the hotel, also loads of taxis are available and very good value..The buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner is fresh and plentiful, its exceptionally good. There are two other restaurants at the hotel which are exceptionally good too...Overall - The hotel, staff, beach, swimming pool, location, food, bars ....( I could go on and on) are all truly amazing..Happiness, and wonderful memories are made at the marvellous Kassandra Palace xx

  Good Facilities, But Not 5-Star Quality

  I recently stayed at Kassandra Palace Hotel with my partner. We chose this hotel based on the beautiful aesthetics shown in the photos, which initially drew us in.Upon arrival, it was clear the surrounding location wasn’t particularly appealing or close to any places of interest. The hotel itself does offer some good facilities, including a sauna, gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, which were definitely positives.However, the rooms were very basic and did not reflect the images advertised, which was disappointing. There was also very little to do during our stay, as excursions were unavailable, and the hotel is quite isolated.One uncomfortable aspect of the experience was a young woman at the front desk who behaved inappropriately by openly flirting with my partner in front of me, while acting as though I wasn’t there. That said, the rest of the staff were pleasant and professional.Overall, while the facilities were decent, the room quality, location, and parts of the service did not meet expectations.
