  This newer boutique resort is beautiful! It is far enough away from the noise and crowds of the village, yet just a short drive/ride from the hotel. If you drove, there is ample parking across the street. If you came without a car, taxis are readily available and the reception will call them for you. The restaurant (food) and room service was excellent. The property is well cared for and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The staff are mainly young people and they are impressively well trained. They are very thoughtful and will go out of their way to please you. There is no charge for the beach lounge chairs or umbrellas and they are reserved for you according to your room, which I greatly appreciated. The beach/view is spectacular and the sea is crystal clear, but there are lots of pebbles so bring water shoes for comfort. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. There was a problem with intermittent electrical service and the sheets need to be upgraded to a higher thread count, they were scratchy. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Laguna Resort.   Overpriced restaurant

  Beach hotel with private beach, but many many outsiders come to the tiny beach with Rocks. Many rocks. Breakfast is good.The hotel also has a tiny little pool. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is good, the food is tasty but way over-priced. The FO is rude and unpleasant.   Had the best Holiday at the Laguna Resort, this was made possible with the help of a member of staff named Tuang. She was so helpful with anything we asked. Polite friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Even helped us on her day off.   Nice beach bar

  We use a beach bar of the hotel for a few days, so my comment will be just about this section of a resort. There are minimal consumption, based on the row of the sunbeds you choose. Sunbeds are great. Service is nice and well organized. Toilets are clean. The price are a little bit higher than it could be, but the beach is nice. The thing that really could be better is food. Is it high price, small amount and not to tasty, that is the main reason for not 5 star.   Lovely place for family holiday

  Very nice designed resort on really high quality. Friendly staff even mostly young people - season junior workers/students but all of them very servile and supportive. Good organised ordering service on the beach that is part of the resort. Beach, restaurant and beach bar are very close near the rooms. Absolutely famous meals in the restaurant - we tried several dishes and every time the meals were delicious. Well spacious place for accommodated travellers - no crowded during the whole day in main summer season -beginning of August. We were very satisfied and well surprised with really very good service. The perfect place for summer holiday even pretty more expensive but with no doubts it is good value for money. Overall it was the best holiday we had with family.
