    Lovely family run hotel

    rating20 Sept 2025

my husband and I stayed here for two weeks in September. We arrived at around 2pm and were checked in by a lovely lady called Andrea who was very helpful when we had a problem with the shower. The rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean, you had a wardrobe and a dressing table with two draws in and two bedside tables with a draw in. It was a good job there was a settee in the room because there wasn't anywhere to put your shorts and things but we managed by putting them on the settee. The rooms were cleaned every day and bed linen and towels changed every 3 days which was really good. The breakfast was really good there were hot food like Greek sausage and hot dogs, loads of different types of eggs even poached which were always soft yolks, cereals, lots of different breads ,cooked meets, cheese, olives, saladsA lot of people didn't like the evening meal but we found it okay, there was always something to eat even if you didn't know what it was ha ha. George the manager in the restaurant was fantastic as were Love, Nicoletta, Raphile always at hand to help you with anything they are a great team we loved them all.The beach was a pebbly sandy beach but what spoiled it for us was the big pebbles and big rocks at the entrance to the sea, you had to wear swimming shoes or you would just fall. The beds are 25 euros for the front row with thick mattresses the second row were 20 euros with thick mattresses, then the rest with no mattresses were 10 euros. deck chairs and a few bean bags around the pool area and tables and chairs were free but no sunbeds. Now for Hanioti, it's changed so much since we were last there 24 years ago, there isn't many English there now so it's mostly catered for Eastern Europeans, nothing wrong with that but the English are not catered for anymore I think so it made it difficult to have a good night out, it was full of English the first time we came. If you like plenty of shops and fast food cafes a few real Greek restaurants (not many) then it's for you, unfortunately Hanioti wasn't for us. We managed to find one bar that had a TV playing English music but got a bit sick by the end, there isn't a lot to do at night time so for this reason we wouldn't come back, nothing to do with the hotel. One more thing at night in the town it was like a football match had just emptied it's stadium that's how packed it was.A thank you to everyone at Naias Beach for making our stay really lovely we still loved your hotel just not Hanioti.

Good hotel but very bad dinner

    rating16 Sept 2025

We stayed at hotel last month. It is good hotel very clean close to town hanioti. Reception was great very friendly good check in and lots information. Staff in hotel nice and friendly. Sunbeds you pay for at beach sometimes hard to get one and boy can be rude . We booked half board . Breakfast is ok much better than dinner. The dinner is terrible. Chips rice spaghetti all the times. Bad quality and no greek food . Very poor and lots guests saying the same . Better to eat out in town.

    Perfect package

    rating30 Jul 2025

For us traveling as a grown up family and on a package deal for the first time ever this hotel was perfect. Not too big not too small. The rooms were exactly as shown and spotless. We all really enjoyed the food, only improvement I would suggest there is potentially small signs next to each buffet dish so you know what it is! However not knowing sometimes added to the fun and staff were on hand to ask (we didn’t like to bother them every time!(Great location for a short, flat walk into town square, which was buzzing. It’s not a clubbing resort but still plenty to doAll the staff were great, friendly polite. Special shout out to the sunbed/beach guy. And the young lady in the restaurant with long dark hair, they were spot on!We will be going back!
