The resort has a lift and features 65 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     As a location it is beautiful, the beach is about 150 m away where you pay 25 Euro for a sunbed in the first row, 20 Euro for the second row... (as if you buy the sunbed)In the morning at breakfast, it is the same even if you stay for 1 month!! Very poor in products, the coffee is terrible, it is put in the machine but it is liquid coffee, which you have the impression that you have ground coffee.... So you have to buy it from them for 3 Euro... and it is a 4* Hotel, the food is very bad. !!! I do not recommend with breakfast!!The air conditioning was barely working, the refrigerator was not cold at all, when you flushed the toilet, the water flowed after the toilet,... You have no parking space as they say, for so many rooms.., old furniture with a very small TV in all the rooms. The pictures on the site are definitely taken when the hotel opened, now it looks completely different. Not worth 4* HotelI will not be back!!

    We have chosen this hotel and paid for spa and massage facilities, however we could not find even gym which looks like somewhere abandoned or under construction. They have 3 sports equipment which were not in service and broken, they don’t have a treadmill even though it is the most basic one for gym. They call the hotel as “resort”, but nobody cares about safety of the people. One of the most basic safety requirement is a fire extinguisher for a hotel, but their equipment was out of pressure. The photo has been attached. Is there really someone to inspect them?Staff was really rude when she declared the policy of the pool bar which has a poor menu.I have to consume my own special food/drink since I am breastfeeding, instead of offering something for a mom who is trying to breastfeed her baby, the staff has treated us as if we were trying to break the rules. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

    Very clean and tidy hotel with a chilled out pool area. Breakfast every morning was great. We booked direct and took advantage of free airport transfers. Hotel bar is on the expensive side for what it is but other than that, great place and friendly helpful staff.

    Year by year they are developing the worst service and hospitality I will ever see. They kept us (2 families ) for 4 hours to get a self test which they didn’t ask when we made the reservation and entered finally the room after 22:00. No help at all with the luggage etch. And asked to be prepaid without letting us to go to the rooms.

    Its a very nice hotel. Very good SPA, one of the best massages! The most people are very kind. On the reception the ladies are a little bit confused, but also friendly.The price is high, but okay.The best thing on the hotel are the little cat babies. They are so cute and very grateful for a can of food! :)All together we will come back next time! ;)
