    Stayed here a few times now , it’s a lovely place , a tranquil base for the beaches and tavernas, and local boat trips Everything is steps away I return for the easy tranquility of the village and the friendly atmosphere wherever you go The apartments are equipped with everything you need and so clean and spacious The balcony or terrace is a great size The staff are so friendly I personally love it here and always try to find a gap to visit ‘my place of escape’

    The accommodation is excellent, immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable and the air-con unit very quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace of the apartment in the tranquil environment and loved watching the sheep in the morning.We found the location perfect for the restaurants and the supermarket, which stocked everything you could possibly need. We didn’t need a car because of the location (we enjoy walking) and there is a regular bus service if you wanted to visit nearby resorts. The three beaches we visited were within walking distance (approx 30mins) which we found ideal and especially Avithos beach and the restaurant there, being our favorite for lunch.

    Booked a 2 night stay here to be close to the airport for our return flight, so pleased we picked this place to stay we had room 5 on the ground floor, the room was fresh and modern with every thing you could possibly need, they are kept spotlessly clean. Cooking facilities, fridge safety deposit box and great air con.The pool was lovely no problem getting a sun bed.Nice terrace with good table and chairsShops, restaurants and beach all with in walking distance.Would definitely stay again,

    We were looking for a modern, spacious room, close to the airport (5 minute drive) and were not disappointed.One poor review mildly concerned me but that review was obviously left out of spite for some reason. The kitchen had ample cookware and crockery, the bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. LIDL and AB supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car so food shopping is simple.All rooms are non-smoking but the site is not so smoking is permitted on the balcony.The “rules” posted are standard for Greece (pool safety, don’t flush toilet paper, don’t take room towels to the beach). The “extra price” was €10 for a load of washing which was very reasonable.Kostas is a wonderful host. We visited at the end of the season with many nearby restaurants closing and he even offered to move us to a sister hotel with a restaurant. We declined as we rented a car so could easily find places to eat (Argostoli is only 15 minutes away) and were very happy with the room we had. Room décor is quite minimal and this adds to the feeling of space in the rooms (they are all very large for studios with plenty of windows!).The housekeeper, Maria was very friendly and helpful. Toilet bins were emptied every day and rubbish removed. Bathroom towels (good quality) and sheets were changed every third day. Room cleanliness was to a high standard.The pool was cleaned daily and the area kept very tidy. The rooms are set back from the road with plenty of parking outside and the surroundings are so peaceful.We like to unwind with a little TV at the end of the day. The TV is on a swivel wall mount so can be turned to watch from the sofa bed in the room. I take a usb-c to HDMI cable and within minutes we were connected up to Netflix. Internet speed was good and speed tested at about 30mb which is fast for Greek islands.The location is perfect for reaching all parts of the island. End of the road and turn left for Argostoli and all places north and west; straight on for all places south and east. Or turn right for Avithos beach and a fantastic taverna (seafood and traditional Greek cuisine), To Enetiko.Kostas recommended Greekstones for car hire and the service was flawless.I am not sure when we will be back to Kefalonia but we will certainly be staying here again.

    We had another glorious twp week stay at Casa de Rosa this year The place is immaculate as always, lovely bright spacious rooms, good sized balconies. The pool area and gardens are absolutely spotless. Kostas is a great host and Maria keeps the rooms in top condition with her daily cleaning. Thanks once again for your hospitality.
