  I stayed at this hotel between 30.06-07.07.2025. I took all the available rooms because we were a group of 7 families. I found some rooms to be fairly clean, but some had chairs and sofas with marks on them (probably the people before me had wet clothes from the shower and sat on them). In one of the rooms, the sheet and mattress in one room had stains. I asked for this room to be cleaned again and it was done the next day.You can only contact the reception by phone, you find the keys at the door when you arrive, and it is quite difficult to communicate with the cleaning staff. Breakfast is the same every day, quite limited but you have what you need. Initially we were told that it is from 8.30-10.30 and during our stay it was reduced without anyone notifying us at 10.The rooms are very spacious, two separate rooms, a living room, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.The pool is very clean and quite large

  My husband, son and I have absolutely loved our stay at Maggana. Denise & Christina are truly superb hosts and simply cannot do enough for you to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is wonderful (though look out for the wasps as they gather for the honey - if you leave them alone they leave you alone!) and the lunchtime food on offer is extremely tasty - I loved the Greek salads (tons of Feta) The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day with fresh towels every other day. The pool was a perfect size to relax in and the whole area was incredibly clean, with comfortable sun loungers.Ideally you would need a car, but we chose to walk everywhere. If you're heading to the beach on foot then we would recommend that you cut across the scrubland to the left of Maggana's entrance, this cuts out a long hill walk and will take you down a little road where there is another pool/bar (Dendrolivano) which serves food & drink all day and into the evening and has a larger pool. If you walk up to the main road and turn right, there is another pool/bar (Avra) which has a stunning pool area overlooking the runway and again fabulous food and drink all day & night. The walk to Avra is up a steep hill though and along the side of the highway so take care.Overall we loved every moment of our holiday and will definitely be back again.   Nature lovers that is your place to be

  We were three couples on a bike tour and we enjoyed staying there bery much . Every morning we ate the farm eggs , amazing espresso and great homemade desserts . The staff was lovely with great manners and polite . the style of the property is very laid back and relaxed.Daily housekeepimng spoiled us . We will be back for sure

  I was concerned when booked this place because i had seen some reviews that made me think twice before booking . However we were thrilled when we arrived . There is a big door when entering the property that you must press a bell and opens with a code . That made us feel very safe .The property is very well maintained . Indeed the fact that we are in the middle of nature makes it hard to keep the rooms always tidy . The pool area was daily attended and we were given towels for the beach or pool . There is coffee in room facilities and daily stock of coffee capsules in the apartment. We were lucky to have an apartments with views to the sea. All apartments look at the sea but the ones on second and first floor mostly . Breakfast was cooked daily at the outdoor bar and it was included in the rate .The bar stays open until 5 daily . We ordered beers and refreshements .At last we enjoyed the pool area with the water fountain .

  This was thw ideal venue for a family easter vacation.We enjoyed everything about this place . If you like nature and a relaxed place among olive trees this is your place.The property consists of 8 units with 2 bedrooms each , one living room, walk in shower in a private bathroom and a seperate kitchen room.The beds were both king size and the tv was smart ! We streamed a lot of stuff.We will go back there later in the summer when the weather will be more warm.
