    DO NOT STAY HERE! THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL!

    Do not book with Lagada Beach Hotel. Our experience was extremely disappointing. There was no sea view, no running water on the first day (so we couldn’t use the toilet or shower), and no cold water for the entire stay. The bathroom had mold and an ant infestation. We repeatedly asked to be moved to another room, but were told none were available. When we requested a partial refund, it was denied.Their idea of compensation was offering a free breakfast—which was already included in the room rate. (LOL!)Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

    If you are thinking about staying here, just two words: bed bugs. I discovered three bites one hour after I went to bed. The front desk works office hours, so I decided to sleep on a chair in the reception rather than to get bitten more. The two stars are because the staff was helpful and tried to help when they found me sleeping in the morning.

    Decent hotel near the main port. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable! Location is right by a beach which is ideal for a swim The girl at reception was really lovely and even let us check in quite early. As mentioned by others there are random locals kids and adults (non guests) that come and use the facilities and consistently are loud and splashing everyone at the pool. Should be monitored better as it disturbs and means there isnt sun loungers for the hotel guests. The staff just seem to give them a warning for noise rather than the fact they are trespassing.

    The worst service I've ever experienced from the hotel manager. When booking, the hotel website crashed and I needed to book again. The hotel processed both bookings, so charged me twice. The manager initially said she would refund the costs for the unused room during my stay but then refused to do so. Many calls to the hotel promising to resolve the problem but they did not. Do not stay here!

    Breakfast is a joke and rooms are not clean. The hotel is old and needs upgrades. The sheets were clean but the floor was dirty. The breakfast is an absolute joke. We waited for 30 min before even gjetting the menu, wich we had to ask for 2 times. After gjetting the menu we waited 20 min for coffee and after another 20 min for some bread. We have now been waisting a total of 1.5 hours and we are out of coffee, no water, no juice, just some random toasts and marmalade. The total mount of people waiting are 10, none have recieved the breakfast.... This is a absolute joke. Stay away from this hotel.
