    Very comfortable rooms, not very private terrace

    This is a very small and boutique hotel, very clean and new, a close walk to the beach. They serve a wonderful in-room breakfast service (from their amazing restaurant Sirocco that just down the road on the beach - a must for lunch or dinner! ). The drawbacks were sometimes it was hard to get someone on the phone for assistance (it was before 8pm), and the terrace is not very private as advertised. We could kinda see and very much hear our neighbors through the twig divider, coughing and smoking. So it made using the outdoor space and hot tub not as enjoyable as expected, and certainly not a romantic experience. We moved to the hotel that is on the beach for our last 2 nights which was about the same price per night.

    Do not visit this place, it is highly overpriced, has no personal touch, a poor location and service quality! The hotel is located directly on a road leading to a car park. The artifical privacy fence and artificial gras / garden area gives you the feeling of staying at a hotel near the highway. Close by is a nice beach but other than that there is nothing around but streets, cars and a big parking area right in front of the room (see picture attached). Definitely not the typical greek charm and ambience one would love to experience, we were truely disappointed! The restaurants close by are highly overpriced as well as the daybeds and umbrellas at the beach. We were much looking forward to the hot tub - however with a view of and from the street it is not inviting at all. Also there is no real privacy as you can hear everything from your neighbours, as the veranda is only separated by an artificial fence.Breakfast is delivered in the room and you need to fix a time the day before. Sleeping in without an alarm is nearly impossible like that. Only 3 dishes are included per room, which is cheeky for a room price > EUR 400. The quality can also be described as average at best. If you want to start the day with a coffee, you have to be satisfied with filter coffee , no cappuccino etc available, the fruit salad was also disappointing. We were particularly annoyed by the techno music - even during the night. The music came from the hotel's own loudspeakers and we had no opportunity to shut them off. When we complained about this at the reception the next morning, she did not apology, simply mentioned that her colleague probably forgot to turn off the music during the night. That is not a nice service that we would have expected. Sleeping is also really difficult due to a bright and shimmering blue emergency light above the room door. Finally, the accommodation advertises romance, wellness and spa (including a gym). The "gym" is a really small room in the basement and does not even have mats. The sauna can also be found in this really uncomfortable little gym room. Overall, unfortunately the accommodation is everything but romantic!We tried to get a meeting with the manager to find a solution, however the manager was not willing to meet us at all (we actually have a 6-night stay here). There was no approach from their side to find us a different accommodation or a solution we would all be fine with. We are very disappointed and unsatisfied about this service and do not recommend anyone to stay here!

    Miltos and I am sorry I forget the young lady nameFrom when we arrived to organizing the rental car to making the dinner reservation to showing us the best beaches honestly they went over and above what needed to be done. I thoroughly recommend this place. Thank you again for making the anniversary so special. Gary & Tracey

    We have had 2 gorgeous days in Milos and had the pleasure of staying at Volcano Luxury Suites. What a treat! The staff were amazing, the service 10/10, our breakfast was beautiful and the restaurants were only a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

    This is a top rated place to stay. My wife and I stayed here from May 21-25. Fantastic staff all around super people. The restaurant Sirocco is just 50 yards away. The breakfast served on the terrace or in room if the best. Hot tub on terrace in room also great and the view we had of the beach and surrounding area was magnificent and the beach was one of the very best. All the staff at restaurant was fantastic as well. Nothing remotely negative can be said for this hotel or staff. Only 6 suites so very quiet and beach peaceful and quiet as well.Highly recommend this area. We would stay there again for sure.Thanks for the memories, David and April Lanpher
