    From the moment we arrived at Taboo Black, the service was above and beyond. Every staff member made us feel welcomed and truly taken care of. The room was absolutely magnificent — beautifully designed, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The cave pool was definitely worth the splurge and made the entire experience feel extra special. Perfect location with easy access to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We loved every minute and can’t wait to return!

    From check in to departure a truly enjoyable and memorable experience! Staff were welcoming, polite and accommodating! Room and cave pool were extra clean, modern and fresh. Housekeeping is awesome and pays attention to detail! Beds comfortable. Legit beach club vibes and perfect sunset viewing by the pool! Location is good also- only a 10 min walk to the city center/ little Venice. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

    Second time to this place! We had the best time l!! We arrived, the staff welcomed us back arranged us a nice surprise in the room The food at the restaurant was better from the last time! It was the best relaxing vacations! Can’t wait to come back Thank you all ❤️

    CLEANING LADIES STEALS IN THE ROOMS!!!I advise everyone not to book at all in this hotel. I was there with my boyfriend for 3 nights and the amount we paid was enough to get us robbed of the room.On the last day of my stay the cleaning ladies stole two pairs of earrings from me and moved a bag under the wardrobe, hiding it with the intent of stealing it at the time of check out.I called the police and I Made a Complaint,but no one do anything.The hotel manager was unreliable and unprofessional, as he did not provide us with any help. they canceled the reservation from booking declaring the no show on our part, keeping the money of the reservation. If you don't want to get ripped off, don't go to this hotel at all!
