Location

This hotel is located in Ixia, a town in Ialyssos, only 100 m from the shingle beach and around 5 km from the centre of Rhodes. Buses and taxis are available in front of the hotel to take guests to the town, whereas it is around 12 km to the airport.

Facility

341 rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. A business centre with projector is available. Events such as conferences, symposia, lectures etc., but also simple day-to-day business, can easily be arranged with the help of the secretarial service and the conference service. 4 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. There is also a safe and, for a fee, a minibar. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrobes and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. A variety of activities are available at the resort, for example tennis and volleyball or, for a fee, crazy golf and horse riding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, snorkelling and diving. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments, aromatherapy, a Cleopatra bath and a reflexology massage, are offered for a fee. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a lobby bar and a piano bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 6 non-smoking restaurants. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A continental and an English breakfast buffet (also for late risers) guarantees a great start to the day. At breakfast and dinner, guests serves themselves at the generous buffet. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food (on request) provides for little ones' well being. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Fabulous hotel, good location, great food, disappointing beach

    Went for May half term. Impeccable service. Everything was spotless. Comfy beds. Fantastic food options on most nights even for the most picky eaters. The buffet food was of good quality, plenty of meat and fish options. Fresh salads. The roast lamb was delicious. Pork Gyros at the poolside restaurant were great. My only reservations are that the hotel doesn’t have adequate sun beds at full capacity. It turns into a bit of a war to secure a sun bed before breakfast . It’s also a bit disappointing that the beach doesn’t have any bar facilities it makes it a far less enticing place, It could do with a bit of investment.

    Genuinely it's the best hotel we've stayed in 😀You feel so comfortable when arriving with beautiful hotel rooms and facilities. It is also convenient as the bus stop is just outside to the right. You could book taxis from reception too.Its great as they have a beach section for the hotel. The rooms are cleaned extremely well everyday with bottled water provided. The rooms were quiet enough so didnt disrupt sleep. The food is lovely (breakfast and dinner). We will definitely come back 😀

    Excellent hotel spotlessly clean rooms very comfortable we had a great view overlooking the sea, Food was amazing staff great spa facilities fantastic had two back neck and shoulder massages with Katarina who was just lovely, they are reasonably priced. Rhodes old town lovely as well as new town plenty shops bars restaurants. All in all fantastic holiday would highly recommended this hotel.
