Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A babysitting service, a childcare service, room service and a conference room are available.     The hotel is really fantastic. Excellent bed comfort, large room and nice balcony. The shower is probably the best I ever had in a hotel.The breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for.The staff are all friendly, efficient and helpful.We hired a car and the staff from the car hire located in the hotel were excellent.The Spa is nice and well kept, but there are not many facilities. The jacuzzi is small and the steamroom is very spacious but not warm enough in my opinion. I dod not try the sauna. The treatments however are good. I had a great facial by Maria. We have also booked in for a massage.

    Lovely staff! Such positive and energetic people especially the animation staff🌼 isabella short and nice!! with the cutiest smile. lucrezia so niceee.. our dori!! very french!! and of course the best and beautiful nicholas!! very powerful!! love ya.

    Hotel and breakfast was nice! Location was good. Activities fun! Animation very nice! Nicholas! Lucrezia! Dorii and the cutie isabella.. thanks to them for them kindness and beautoful time with them!! We’ll come back for them
