  Lovely chilled family break.

  I see a lot off reviews so I wanted to do mine after reading others.We arrived in the afternoon last Thursday and was surprised how quiet it was. We were able to get sunbeds.Were a family of 6. We also have a dairy free. We had a 2bedroom appartment. Spotless. Close to everything.Perfect for us. All clean and modern looking.My sons had a room with a roof terrace. I only knew that the terrace was above room from facebook reviews but it was ok.They had robes etc that was a nice touch I thought.The food i was worrying about especially for my dairy free daughter. I had bought her a card in greek on a lanyard. She showed this to the helpful lady at the snack bar. Who told her what she could have. She then took it round herself and checked the wording. Although food was mostly allergy labeled.She ate fine. She definitely found something at every meal.She could have the pancakes at breakfast.We took icepoles with us and luckily our rooms had freezer sections.Everyone was lovely. Maria at the bar is lovely and works so hard. George &Carl in the restraunt Although every single person in the cosmopolitan bar and in the restraunt are great. Happy. Smiling.Then there is Pedro and Rio the entertainment duo. They were great. Did all the games during the day. Shows during the night. Literally non stop. The others on entertainment are also nice and the ladies on reception. Literally every one is great. Hard working and nothings to much.The lifeguard. People moan about but he was lovely. We had a laugh with him. I only wish I caught his name.I didnt see anything that was negative from him. We sat at the main pool for nearly our entire stay. We cant fault our stay here. I do not understand all the negative reviews. Food will not always be to everyone's tastes.I for one am a very fussy eater. Yet I always found something.Icecream is nice. The shop on site is good.A supermarket down the Rd thats great. The only negative thing I could say was how sad it is to see the homeless cats when your out and about.My daughter spent some of her spending money on cat food. I wish that I had taken some from home.Although I find this most places we go.Although the entertainment team have a mum cat(mimi) and kitten (coco) that are very well loved.We went during half term so I cant see it being busier and we always got sunbeds and tables.This hotel is lovely and clean. Its perfect for a nice chilled holiday. Oh and lastly get a picture done by Rio they are amazing 👏

  Brilliant holiday as a family. Room was nice plenty of room.Maria behind the bar and Olga at reception by far the best staff at the hotel, couldn't do enough for us and Olga when got us a present for the baby.Again thank you Maria and Olga (mother and daughter) for everything

  Just finishing our holiday here,sitting at the Marrakech Oasis of Pleasure eating and drinking in a wonderful setting.Pros: Lovely 2 bed family room with excellent views(sunrise)Quick and easy check in/outReceptionist Olga knows her stuffAll the staff worked hard, always smiling and welcoming.Food good Theme nightsBooked 2 a la carte at Athena and Marrakech,would recommend.Drinks (cocktails and coffees) at Marrakech were expertly made by EdenRose who looked after us during our stay.Special mention to Marrakech staff who bought out an unexpected cake and sang happy birthday to one of our partyCons: After having cocktails at Marrakech we found All inclusive ones lacking in taste.

  An unbelievable holiday! We will be back.

  We spent 11 nights at Venezia and it was a standout choice for our holiday. The buildings are newly renovated and we stayed in Block 5, which was beautiful, with very spacious rooms, immaculate bathrooms, and exceptional housekeeping. The accessibility provision is also phenomenal, with lifts, ramps, and well-positioned facilities throughout.The entertainment was among the best we’ve experienced. Rio and Pedro work tirelessly, organising daily activities, nightly shows, and even a night out in Faliraki. Rio is a fantastic performer and artist, while Pedro brings brilliant banter and atmosphere wherever he goes. They are undoubtedly the reason we’ll be returning next year.Maria and her bar team were consistently lovely, making fantastic drinks around the clock and happily customising orders without hesitation. A highlight of the resort is the newly refurbished chapel at the top of the hill, offering stunning views across Faliraki and available as a wedding venue.Our deal included a visit to The Marrakesh Restaurant, which served the best food of the entire trip. With a beautiful adults-only pool area, poolside beds, fresh fruit, and a great Mediterranean menu, it was our favourite spot to eat. The ambience, service, and value were all excellent.Overall, the food, entertainment, and atmosphere were outstanding, a perfect mix for families and those seeking a livelier holiday. Great for value without a doubt. One of the best experiences we’ve had and we genuinely couldn’t fault it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ A big thank you to all the staff I’ve not been able to mention, you’ve made our stay one we’ll remember.   Arrived at 1am in the morning and the 2 gentlemen on reception were warm and greeting even at that time, they quickly got us booked in and to our rooms, we were offered sandwiches which I had one even if it was a little dry it helped after a long day travelling. Used the shuttle bus to go to Faliraki and what a great idea as this is free and drop off and pick up is very easy. The rooms were more than adequate maybe a chest of drawers under the TV would help but room is clean and serviced daily. Maid was happy and always said good morning. Top bar and snack bar great if you like a retreat away from the children and also the snacks were great, drink choice is adequate here too. The middle bar that is used daytime and evening has enough for every palate in an All inclusive, Maria took time to discuss customers needs and could not talk highly enough about the owners and how hands on they were. The other 2 ladies and 1 gent we were served by were just as professional just not as warming but still done a great job. The water park is good for the children and adults, opening could be slightly extended but again it was fun. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, some lunchtimes and all evenings except 1 where we could always find something to eat and the theme nights were very good, the only criticism would be that food is only like warm, but most All inclusive holidays we have been to experience the same problem, maybe a couple of microwaves could solve some issues, but saying that I enjoyed all meals. We ate at The Greek restaurant which you are allowed to book once per stay and it did not disappoint, when we arrived the owners were there eating as maybe a table of 20. But this still did not stop the staff from being attentive to ours and other customers needs. We even witnessed some of the owners table assisting in clearing their own table which just showed to me that they are willing to muck in and help. All in all a great stay and well worth the money of our visit. Keep up the business ethos you have and I hope you continue to flourish.
