    A space heater?

    My husband and I just checked in tonight to our room, which is beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately, the heat does not work. After the front desksent up an electrician who could not fix it. They did not say if it doesn’t work you can change rooms instead they said if it doesn’t we’ll put a space heater in the room. This doesn’t seem to me to be Hilton‘s standards. I would think they would’ve had a switch rooms, but there’s no communication if the hotel was sold out or any kind of an apology So for four days, we have to stay in a room with the temperature does not go up above 64°. Very very disappointing. I hope if they see this, they would at least do the courtesy thing and have us change rooms if the heat goes up as we are working 12 to 14 hours each day and would rather come back to a room that is at least 70°.     I got stuck in a room next to an ice machine. Every 20 min the thing sounded like a screaming banshee for about 5 seconds. Not great for sleeping. Also waited 20 min for a printed receipt because checkout said the printer was stupid. Finally she said they would email my receipt.     GM needs to be fired immediately

    Everything about our stay was positive except our interaction with the Hotel GM. He was absolutely unprofessional. I understand everyone has a bad day, but he was literally screaming at us when we asked if our family could have rooms in close proximity to each other. I asked him 3x’s not calm down and that he didn’t need to speak to me that way. A person in his position should be able to speak to customers without screaming. Each and every other employee we dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. The GM can not handle pressure and should be washing dishes.     Great Experience for our YMCA All Staff Rally- Top Notch Service

    Our All Staff Rally was held with 700 in attendance. The staff was amazing and our team was well taken care of. I truly appreciated the ability to work with the team on our food choices. Elizabeth and Mike had our room and Av set perfectly. Food was great and the service staff was very helpful. Thank you for a great experience. The YMCA of the Fox Cities Staff.     No heat, bad front desk service

    We stayed two nights this last weekend to attend the Green Bay game. Our first night was horrible. We drove 5 hrs from IN and were exhausted only to walk into a freezing cold room. We turned the heat up to 76 degrees and fell asleep. Just to wake up in the middle of the night still freezing. We turned the furnace off and then turned it back on up to 80 and still nothing but cold air. At 7 am we went downstairs to talk to the front desk. The gentleman that helped us was so unfazed and rude about the situation. He just said someone will look at it and dismissed me. I was shocked! We spend $350 for the first night to be treated like we did something wrong. When we got back from the game it was fixed. Other than that the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. Expensive but the food was worth it. We will never stay in this hotel again, which is sad because all in all it was a nice, clean hotel.
