  Friendly, very well-maintained, hotel with a happy atmosphere

  A welcoming, friendly, hotel close to Kamari's facilities.Room was well-equipped, spacious, modern and comfortable.Hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained.Staff are pleasant and helpful.Attractive poolside area, with a bar that offers a range of snacks and meals.Breakfast buffet features a good selection of choices.

  Came here with my sister for early birthday present wasnt expecting to much as its a 2 star but what a suprise 1st thing ive stayed in 4 stars and cant believe this has only got 2 stars the place is pure spotless free wifi,free air con cleaners in everyday changing towels, washing floors giving you more shampoo shower gel etc as needed . The towels was big and thick As it was bed & breakfast they had a good selection cereal boiled egg scrambled egg sausages beans .toast machine coffee/tea/ hot chocolate machine and cold buffet then pancakes/waffles with chocolate only thing i would of liked was an omelette As its family run they were all brilliant at the pool bar there was a good selection of food gyros,burgers and pizza etc dina was the perfect pizza maker lol nothing was to much trouble we told her what we wanted on it and she didnt dissapoint i defo will e back here we had a sea view room and it was great sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise with a cuppa rooms were all lovely plus we had a fridge ( they all do) mini market right beside hotel and bus into fira only 2.20 euro well done to all the family and keep up the good work as yous certainly should be more than 2 stars as i said much better than 4 stars ive stayed in

  This was our third time of visiting the Alexandra Hotel and it’s always first class. It’s a family run hotel and they are all so very kind and friendly. if you have any problems , they are sorted, pronto. We personally love it here. It has a lovely pool and the sun beds are perfect…. The food is excellent too, all freshly cooked. It’s so very clean and you could literally eat off the floor…. It’s only a short 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars, with so many to choose from. One of our favourites is The Boat House…. Enjoy if you decide to go 👍

  A Truly Unforgettable Experience – Pure Luxury at Caldera Cliff Illusion

  After an unforgettable family holiday at the Alexandra Hotel, my fiancé and I returned at the end of April for a week away together. From the moment we arrived, the welcome we received was incredible. It wasn’t the usual polite hotel check-in, it genuinely felt like returning to see family. We were remembered, welcomed with such warmth and kindness, and instantly settled back into the relaxed atmosphere that makes this place so special. We stayed in a double room in the main building with a glimpse of the sea and it was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to that view every morning felt unreal, and because it was late April, the temperatures were perfect. We slept with the balcony doors open each night and fell asleep listening to the sound of the waves. It was one of those simple things you don’t realise you need until you experience it, total peace. Once again, Dina was an absolute superstar keeping everything running like clockwork. I genuinely don’t know how she does it! She’s always busy, always smiling, always making sure everyone is looked after. The effort she puts into creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere doesn’t go unnoticed. The breakfasts were as delicious as we remembered, the pool area was peaceful and spotless, and the location remains perfect – steps from the beach and close enough to everything, while still feeling calm and relaxing. Some places are lovely. Some places are memorable. And then there are places like Alexandra Hotel, which somehow manage to become part of your story. Returning here felt less like booking a holiday and more like coming back to somewhere familiar, comfortable, and full of genuinely wonderful people. Our second visit was beyond brilliant, and I think by now we’ve accepted the inevitable… there will absolutely be a third visit (and probably a fourth!).

  Definately only a 2 star !

  Just returning from Alexandra hotel Its definately only a 2 star from us On arrival shown our room, very basic, no draws , lived oit of suitcase for week. Advised to be careful wirh balcony door as it falls of hinge.Room right above bar so can be noisy in evening.Had a toastie from bar menu, tasteless and bland.Breakfast included ! Very poor! Lived on toast and honey or cold boiled egg. Asked for fried egg no flexibility.Dirty glasses not removed from night before . On arrival back to hotel staff on reception sat playing games and no acknowledgement at all.Bar staff made no effort at all other than rerurning guests ! Convenient to get to kamari beach.For a last minute holiday it was worth the money but wouldnt rerurn anytime soon.
