Absolutely fabulous location with fantastic views. Hot tubs are excellent. Beds and furnishings are of a decent standard. Pools are very good.There is a general lack of attention to detail about this property. A bit worn in places. Some easy fixes to tiles/flooring areas would benefit the easiness on the eye around the pool. Housekeeping staff need decalcifying cleaning products for the rooms. Some toilets and sinks appear dirty. A shift in the lighting in the restaurant would seriously impact the evening ambience. It’s lit up like a dentist’s waiting room at the moment. Some table downlighters would work well. Breakfast is adequate. Breakfast Coffee has uht milk. Ugh. Be warned. Evening meals. Meh. Despite going half board we ate out. Very poor limited choice of main meals, only three. No red wine by the glass. V poor. Buy a bottle or do without. The club sandwich was distinctly ordinary, at best. Smart TVs need their programmes updated. Couldn’t cope with mirroring or logging on to my Netflix, Prime or Disney accounts. Kept crashing with error sign to update the TV programming.With a little spend it wouldn’t take much to get the standards to excellent. You pretty much need to walk everywhere. Not for the infirm. Use only recognised taxis. There are a lot of dodgy “taxis”.There is a local bus stop at the hotel entrance. Good service. 2 euro. Runs every 30 minutes. 40 euro for a taxi to most places. It feels much safer in the bus rather than cowboy taxis.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amaze, and it was an amazing experience. The facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool and stunning views over Oia, as well as a private jacuzzi that further enhanced the experience. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was good and provided a good start to the day.A special shoutout to Michalis, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.I would certainly go back and highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing so far, beautiful place, views are stunning, lovely rooms, all with some sort of hot tub or plunge pool… Poolside is fabulous with plenty of room and again an amazing view.Staff have been unreal, nothing is too much for them, I was up and out early, I didn’t take, on my return the staff made sure I was ok and did I want croissants, coffee etc by the pool..It’s been wonderful so far and I do think I will be coming back..Thank you 🌞😊

We just returned from a trip which included staying at Amaze Suites. First of all the service by the manager of the property named Mike was phenomenal. He was completely available and responsive every day all day. His explanations of what to do when and why was outstanding. There was nothing we requested that he couldn't produce. This included a dehumidifier for our room and a different room when we got there and he showed us where our room would be. My husband said he would like a better view and Mike immediately switched our room location. Having said all of this, as far as American standards I would classify the hotel as 3 star. But the price reflects that. The hotel was a decent value, but high in terms of service. There is a nice view and you can walk about an hour to get to Fira, and 2 hours to Oia. The path is very windy and steep in some areas. You have to be pretty fit to take it on. Santorini overall is of spectacular beauty.
