Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available.     Three nights in Santorini

    First time in Santorini, spent three nights with Aqua in Imerovigle. Perfect setting to enjoy the quieter but more authentic (imho) experience that is Santorini. Cave type rooms were spacious and modern, clean with beautiful patio views over the volcano. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Reservations made thru them were given priority at the chosen restaurants. Nearby Alto Na was a favorite late night easy jazz vibe resting place for a cocktail before bed.T

    We arrived a touch early, the welcome was friendly and the room was ready. We were shown to our suite, and the superstar lovely man took our cases whilst we navigated the steps! The room (Mare Grand 2 bed) Inside: large main bedroom with bathroom off it. Interconnected with smaller 2nd double which had the safe and all the clothing hanging space. Due to this nature, I think suited to families or couples that are happy in each others spaces. Bed was exceptionally comfortableBathroom: very nice, although the shower itself wasn't the highest quality fixture and just a hand-held type fixed to the wall. It leant to one side a touch. For the price paid the bathroom and room are nice but not spectacular. What you are paying for (and i knew this before I went!) is the view. It did come with nice amenities and a great hairdryer! Thank you Outside terrace and poolWow , wow, wow. Table and seating area to have your delicious breakfast, 2 loungers, and a stunning infinity style heated pool. This is the thing of dreams. I stayed in Kamari 20 years ago and heard about suites like this. It made all my dreams come true, sitting in the pool looking at the natural beauty of Santorini, the Caldera and the sea. Watching cruise ships come and go. The pool was perfectly heated, so on windier days, you can sit in and still feel comfy.Breakfast both days was on time and delicious. Q bar let it down a little bit. We went in for a drink, and the service was hit and miss. The two young guys were more interested in flirting with some young girls dipping in the plunge pool than bringing us a menu. When that eventually came, the service was transactional and not particularly friendly. It's also very pricy if you consider you're not given 5 star service. Charging for ice? 10 euro for a small bottle of mythos literally put on the table unopened, and they walk off. Two american ladies were beside us and asked for a greek coffee.. again, the chap wasn't helpful and kinda rude, suggesting there's no such thing, and did she just want an espresso. That aside, again thr view was superb, seating comfortable and a lovely place to visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place for the views. Stunning!

    Off season in Santorini is perfect

    We had to make last minute changes due to a canceled Cruise. Elena was great helping us change plans for the next 9 days. Then she and her staff helped and made our visit fantastic. The hotel location is perfect. We had a honeymoon suite 208 that was beyond beautiful. You have to be there to really understand and appreciate the views of the cliff lodgings. Off season Illios is just down the street and offers everything. Good food, and everything else. We were really able to get into the life and culture. Elena and Haggie from Illios were so much fun and interesting to share our life experiences over our 9 days. Rented cars and explored everywhere. Walked to Fira for shopping and food. Wonderful in February, 60 and sunny most of the time. Can’t say enough about Aqua Luxury Suites and their whole staff. Turned a pretty negative experience with Celebrity Cruise Lines into a memorable trip.
