  Unique but could use improvement

  There is a beautiful view and the accommodations are very unique. However, our air conditioning in one room wasn’t working correctly and we needed some basics like more towels and those requests went unanswered. For the cost I think they could do a little better.

  We stayed for one night in August 2021 and wow!!! I booked the deluxe villa with hot tub as a surprise for my partner’s birthday and it was perfect. Marina kept in contact via WhatsApp and email and offered to arrange special requests like champagne, floral displays, or a birthday cake (at an extra cost but that is to be expected). When we arrived in Oia, the Porter came to meet us to help us with bags and direct us down the winding streets to the villas. It is a minute’s walk from the Main Street in Oia with lots of restaurants, bars and shops, but there are steps so if you struggle with mobility it might be an issue.On arrival, we were welcomed with a cold drink and a breakfast menu which you fill out for the next morning - they serve you your breakfast (which was delicious!!) on your terrace/balcony.Marina showed us to our villa - we stayed in Galatia. It was amazing! Views out over the caldera and the blue domes, it was nice and private away from the main tourist viewpoints so you never felt overlooked. The hot tub (thankfully more of a lukewarm tub as it was August!) was amazing. Lovely and clean and a great place to relax and take in the views with a glass of wine.Inside, the living room, kitchen and bedrooms are bright and whitewashed, with curved ceilings and window frames - exactly what you imagine when you think of a modern Santorini cave villa. The kitchen had everything you could need including nespresso machine and fridge stocked with snacks and drinks (additional charge if you were to use any, you pay this on check out). There was a complimentary chilled bottle of white wine which was well needed after wandering the streets in the sun. The two bathrooms were both lovely, cave design and very clean. Plenty of shower gel/shampoo/body lotion/shower caps etc. for guests too.The bed was firm but comfy. Both bedrooms were good sizes, one links to the living area with an en-suite and one links to the kitchen and the terrace. The second bathroom is also off the kitchen. Everything was spotless and decorated tastefully and beautifully. It would be ideal for a family or two couples to stay as the living room is a great size with a full 4 seater dining table, sofa, tv, coffee table, and even had books to borrow.You can’t beat the location and the views at this place. Right in the heart of Oia, you see the hues of the sunrise and sunset. We went for an early dinner so we could watch the sky turn pink and orange from our hot tub rather than battle the crowds on the main streets.We got up for sunrise and as it is right in the centre we headed out to wander the streets with hardly a soul around - I would definitely recommend this, for us it was even better than sunset. We sincerely hope to return again one day. Thank you for the magic!

  Incredible first visit to Santorini

  This was our first time visiting Greece and we decided to stay in Oia to get the full experience, especially the breathtaking views, sunsets and sunrises set against the backdrop of the famous white cave houses of Santorini. Armeni Luxury Villas offered us this incredible experience and so much more! My husband and I stayed in the Galini “honeymoon” suite and the views exceeded our expectations. We had a private hot tub tucked away that gave us both privacy and amazing views as we sipped our wine. The suite itself was clean and refreshing, tastefully decorated, with fully stocked kitchenette and AC, although the cave suite stayed cool even without AC! The villas are not directly on the main walking paths, which was fantastic and gave us reprieve from the heavy foot traffic, so we truly felt secluded on our own little island. The whole staff was wonderful to work with. Marina, the villa manager, was such a pleasure. She was generous and accommodating from the moment we arrived to our flight home, arranging a shuttle service (for a fee - def recommend), greeting us at the bus stop, making sure our bags were taken care of, and ensuring we had a fabulous weekend every step of the way. The incredible views, amenities, and warmth of the Marina and the staff made this trip unforgettable. We walked away with new friends and memories we’ll cherish forever! If you’re considering staying in Oia we would absolutely recommend Armeni Luxury Villas :)

  Nice villa with a beautiful view

  The deluxe villa was nice, very spacious and clean (2 rooms and 2 bathrooms). The terrasse is big enough with a outdoor jacuzzi and has an amazing view on the Caldera (but not very private as people can see you from outside).The breakfast was okay but very basic.

  I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful villa. Everything is just stunning. You will feel the good vibes when you first arrived to this place. I stayed alone in this big villa and enjoyed every corner of it. The rooms are clean, the interiors are lovely, the location is super. All is perfect! Not to mention the hotel staff were very welcoming and cooperative. Thanks to Marina who made my stay enjoyable and unforgettable. She was ready to help with all my requests. This villa is highly recommended to make your stay in Oia, Santorini even more magical.
