    Very different. Much nicer than I had expected based on some of the reviews. The concierge was very helpful, printed bus schedules for us and even offered to walk us to the bus stop! Is located at the top of the caldera so no long staircases to get to your room.

    Only stayed here for one night since our other hotel had a conflict for one night. We requested to cancel the reservation because the concrete floors seemed filthy and the room still had remnants of old guests (open shampoo/lotion bottles laying around).
