Location

The hotel is located on the south-east coast of Santorini in the centre of Perissa village, only 150 m from the Black Sand Beach. Public transport links can be found within around 100 m and bars and discos can be found around 150 m away. Thira (the capital of the island) is about 10 km away and Santorini Airport is about 12 km away.

Facility

4 studios, 2 single rooms and 6 double rooms are available to guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room.     We had a really lovely stay here for 4 nights celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff were such a great help, Byron and Dina - helping with any queries we had including car rentals, restaurants and where to visit on the island. They left wine in our room and rose petals and love heart towels on our anniversary. The breakfast was lovely, described as continental, but every morning there was fried eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, omelette, as well as everything you would expect on continental. 5 mins location from the beach and 2 mins walk to the bus stop. Really relaxed atmosphere, would definitely stay again. Thanks very much for such a wonderful stay! Room was compact but nice balcony and very comfy beds.     Little Jewel of a Hotel

    Wonderful stay in this charming, low key hotel. Very quiet (which we love) but close to all amenities, restaurants, and within spitting distance of the beach, the bus stop and the fantastic Dorians pub. . Great breakfast spread- I especially loved the Greek yoghurt and the fresh fruit but the cooked goodies were tasty too. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff are a shining example of what customer care should be like. In particular, Dina and Byron must be singled out for their warmth and attention to detail. They must have noted from our passports (which we had to produce at check in)that my partner's birthday fell during our stay - a delicious bottle of wine with a sweet note wishing him happy birthday appeared in our room on the day!     Wonderful first visit to Santorini

    Me and my partner have just spent a lovely 7 nights at Black Sandy Beach hotel and absolutely loved it. A very warm welcome from Dina and Byron who always asked how we were and what we had been doing. Rooms are not the biggest but we had everything we needed and a super comfortable bed and beautiful terrace area which was very private due to the bourganvilla flowering. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of fresh fruit and yogurts, to a Greek breakfast and cooked offerings also. You are a 1 minute walk from a great Irish bar and the bus stop into Fira and a 5 min walk to the beach. The pool area isn’t the biggest but this made it feel like it was our own private pool and villa and we always had a sun lounger. There are two other sunbathing areas with the roof terrace a real sun trap. If there had been a plunge pool up there we would never have come down. We would absolutely recommend this boutique hotel and its staff and will return next year. Thank you for taking care of us and a very worthy 5 out of 5 from us.     One of the best holidays we've ever had. Fantastic service and help from Byron and Dina made this holiday so perfect, in a beautiful hotel. All the staff are 10*'s and it's in a perfect location. Perissa was stunning and quite different to the rest of the island, which is easily accessible via car hire etc. Couldn't compliment the people and place highly enough!
