  Not at all luxury, TOO expensive

  I based my self on their site, calling it a luxury hotel, they were no amenities apart from some shampoo and shower gel, no slippers or robe. The outside couches were filthy, the jacuzzi wasn't cleaned previously. The TV only offers local channels and internet/wifi is extremely poor.The manager of the hotel was more interested in attending her own needs and occupying the receptionist with photocopying instead of attending clients.The day of our departure we requested a taxi for 6:45 by 6:55 the taxi hadn't arrived, no one was at the reception to help! Luckily a taxi dropped off a couple in a near by hotel, as the taxi drove up to pick up my luggage some fellow that works at the hotel showed up said he wasn't allowed to take me, said I had to wait for the the taxi that was already running 10mins late! Needless to say I took the taxi that i found...At 370 euros per night you expect MUCH MUCH more.On a positive note the breakfast is delivered in to room and very good, the beach is just across the road and beach restaurant service is good, the restaurant closes at 8PM though.

  Nightmare - rude manager and 'backyard' suite

  On arrival we had spent 40mins looking for the Boho suites; which doesn't seem to exist. When the reception answered the phone, after several calls a receptionist came out from another hotel across the road - Anemos. When we asked where the Boho suites was, it was a shabby door across the road with no sign (see pictures). After asking to see the suite and the hotel refusing, we were only allowed to view the courtyard where all four suites were. It had a claustrophobic/prison yard feel, which is majorly misleading from the pictures we had seen on Booking.com.I went outside the property to call Booking.com; during this time the hotel manager started to verbally attack my partner (who was 7 months pregnant) after looking for the hotel for 40mins in +35c heat.In the end we left, after trying to resolve the situation calmly with the manager who was very rude and aggressive... We were glad we had better hotel with friendly staff and great atmosphere.... Anemos, who own Fabrica (see reviews) clearly don't have an hospitality etiquette or good management. Avoid.

  Most decent place for a beach hangout in Santorini!

  Well designed, modern place at the old tomato's factory direct at the black beach side. Connected with the hip coffee fabrica this is the probably most stylish place to stay at Santorini's -best- beach side. Sort friendly stuff, great beach Service. Only: we'd feel better if there might be one person like a supervisor responsible for the guests and after check in the room was clean - after the second cleaning... (Well, but busy main season). The food at fabrica is soso, breakfast is nice but as everywhere in Greek: it's hard to get real bad food.

  Little piece of paradise on Perivolos beach

  We booked this suite through Expedia, it looks just as good as the pictures. There are 4 individual suites centred around a shared pool, each suite having its own private seating area, with large outdoor beds to sunbathe on. We booked BOHO Suite 1 for 7 days, which came with the additional spa bath.The rooms are fully air-conditioned and fitted out to a very good standard, beds are large and comfortable. The staff at the nearby Anemos are very helpful. The suites are cleaned thoroughly every day, with ample bath and beach towels changed daily.This is a great location for Perivolos beach, the hotel has its own section of allocated beach which is less than a minutes walk across the road.Plenty of places to eat, (try the tomato balls at Popeyes 1 min away), Sea Side restaurant is also definitely worth a visit. From here we explored the whole island, hiring a quad from Mike's bikes. Now where on the Island is more than about an hour away, you will find yourself stopping to take in the views.All in all, I would definitely recommend BOHO Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable quirky break in Perivolos.

  beautiful and tranquil

  I stayed in a lovely suite which was decorated in such a luxurious but minimalistic way that makes one feel so relaxed and and welcome. Amazingly clean with a beautiful swimming pool and private jacuzzi. I fell in love with the place!
