    Super clean. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pools. Lots of friendly staff ready to serve. Great breakfast buffet. Good information for tours, bus schedules and tact to airport / port. Taxi was 50 euro from port and 35 to airport. Port was about 20 minutes. Airport was about 10 minutes. Black out shutters in room. Coffee and refrigerator in room. Only downside is the walls seemed to be a little thin and I could hear people walking by and kids in the pool. Also planes fly by very low several times a day. But the overall quality of the hotel outweighed this for me and I was tired enough that I sept through the night - perhaps there aren’t any planes or kids out late!

    We stayed at The Costa Grand Hotel for a week and had a wonderful holidayThe hotel is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and there are so many stunning pool areas to choose from and the beautiful beach with comfortable loungers also available There was an abundance of food choices with so many dishes at breakfast and dinnerThe staff are absolutely outstanding and go to all lengths to be helpfulIn the dining room Alexandra, Stella and the manager Elias were extremely helpful, efficient and diligentThe housekeeping staff are also outstanding. Our room was very clean, bedding and towels changed. Maria, the housekeeper for our room was so friendly and so very hardworkingWould highly recommend this hotel

    We arrived at this hotel on the 2nd of May for 4 nights, and we had a great experience The hotel itself is very modern, well kept, and maintained. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us.Our room was spacious with plenty of storage room and a lovely shower.We had a balcony overlooking one of the many pools.I would recommend that if booking to look for a room on the ground floor nearer to the reception area.Our room was cleaned every day and with fresh towels.We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the food was very varied and lovely.All shops and restaurants were within walking distance from our hotel and a special shout out to Almira Restaurant, which we would highly recommend. We hope to go back to Santorini again, and we will definitely stay in this hotel.

    The Costa Grand Hotel is exceptional we stayed there in 2023 so we thought we would visit again last week. Hotel and staff are wonderful the area that needs to be inproved is the catering. Breakfast - No Hot/Warm plates, Hot plates under dishes were not turned on, Food was not being served Hot warm if you were lucky. For a 5 Star Hotel I felt they were not really serving 5 star food!

    What a place! Never felt over busy and spotlessly clean. We had a beautiful room, each morning watching the sunrise over the sea from our bed! Staff are wonderful and concierge Georgia’s knowledge of the island was better than Google! Told her what we wanted to do on our last night and her suggestions were first class! Visit Rizes restaurant if you can, it won’t disappoint. 100% go back anytime!
