    A great location and nice rooms.     To our great regret, I will write a negative opinion about the condition of Dana Villa. Out of three days of stay, we had no hot water for two days, the air conditioner did not work, there was no internet anywhere in the Grand Villa, we had a problem with unlocking and locking the door. We did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience caused and after three vacations in this place, this will be our last visit.

    First impressions beyond expectations

    We have not stayed at the villas yet, but the service prior has surpassed expectations.I incorrectly booked the dates of our stay booking the month before in error. I received a welcome email which alerted me to my mistake one week prior to the booking which was the wrong dates (all my fault).We are travelling on an extended Northern Hemisphere holiday from Australia and with changes in flights due to the current war and our consistently poor exchange rate I was concerned at losing our money.I emailed Dana Villas and they have graciously changed the dates without any cost to us.This is very uncommon in today’s climate for businesses with clear cancellation rules to be so accommodating.I can only imagine what great service we will receive during our stay if this is any indication.Bravo Konstantinos for your help Dana Villas, Marketing at Dana Villas & Infinity Suites, responded to this review Thank you so much for your lovely message.We’re really happy we could help and make things easier for you, these things can happen, and it was truly our pleasure to assist.Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we will make sure to share your message with Konstantinos as well.

    Bad start amazing finish!

    Unfortunately we were advised 3 days before or stay that the hotel had to undergo maintenance repairs after severe bad weather. We were panicking as we had also booked extras like spa treatments and transfers. Konstantinos was amazing he found us an alternative room at the same price and similar quality. He then also kept his agreement by still getting us transfers to and from the hotel. He also organised spa treatments for us both at his cost. Although we didn’t stay at the hotel his service was amazing and we were so thankful.
