Location

These villas are situated in the Firostefani area, just some 10 m from Kamari Beach. It enjoys views of the Aegean Sea and the eastern coastline of the island. The location of the property along with its peaceful surroundings guarantee guests a relaxing holiday. Nomikos Conference Centre is about 250 m away and it is 400 m from the main square of Fira town, the picturesque capital of the island. The Archaeological Museum and the cable car are around 400 m and it is 800 m to the Prehistoric Museum. Santorini Airport is approximately 8 km away.

Facility

17 rooms are available to guests. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Perfect, perfect, PERFECT stay!!!!!!!!!!Romantic and quiet place to stay just a 10 minute walk from the food spots and famous white buildings.The pool was very clean and room service was excellent. There is also a complimentary coffee station available in the mornings.Very kind and helpful host and just a beautiful little hotel.

    The hotel room was spacious. The pool looked clean. The grounds within the hotel was very pretty. However, the steps outside the hotel that we must use to get to the hotel were dirty. There was poo all over. Area around the hotel was run-down. Santorini is safe though. No homeless people around; unlike Athens. You also mention that Santorini is safe and there are no homeless people like in Athens. The truth is that your comment does not refer only to our accommodation, which should only concern. But also more generally to the cleanliness of the streets in the area as well as to other issues such as safety on the island and the lack of homeless people, issues that are not related to our accommodation but to Santorini in general.Regarding the surrounding streets near our accommodation, I would like to inform you that it is the obligation of the cleaning service of the Municipality of Thira to clean the area and not ours. However, we try to clean the public steps around the accommodation and within a distance of 20 meters at our own expense and with great care even though it is not our responsibility. We also take care of painting them once a month. Perhaps sometimes in the summer the cleaning services of the Municipality do not have time to sweep and clean all the streets of the island on a daily basis due to the large volume of visitors. Despite this, the roads on the island are generally very clean.In conclusion, I would like to thank you again for staying at our accommodation and we are particularly pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay .     Exceeded all expectations. Hosts were incredibly friendly and offered insights into the island. Free coffee in the morning and frequent cleans. Location is prime and views are incredible. Would definitely come back here!

    A perfect place to stay in Santorini!

    We spent a wonderful week here. A small complex set in beautiful courtyard gardens with a lovely pool area to swim and relax. Our room was comfortable with air con and a large fridge and a small balcony with a sea view. The whole place was wonderfully well maintained and spotlessly clean. A common room is available with a complimentary coffee machine, tea, milk etc. We often purchased breakfast close by and enjoyed with a coffee in the peaceful courtyard before heading out for the day.The location is perfect. Only 5 mins walk from Firostefani Main Square, which is the most perfect spot for viewing the sunset over Skaros Rock. Max 15 minute walk to Fira and the main bus station, from where we travelled all over the island with ease - timetables , map and tips provided by Elias.The hosts Elias and Nick are kind and helpful and arranged our airport transfers for us, at reasonable cost.Cannot recommend this accommodation more highly and would love to return!

    Absolutely fantastic hotel!!! My fiancé and my dad and I stayed here and Ilias is the best host I’ve ever met. The place is clean and in a perfect location with great amenities. I felt very welcome and at home. They went above and beyond for us! Often organizing transportation for us and giving us recommendations on what to do on the island. I will absolutely be back and will stay at Ersi villas again!!! Highly highly recommend
