Very good business hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless clean. There’s a wide desk to catch up with emails thanks to the high speed Wi-Fi connection. Bathroom is huge and fluffy towels are there to pamper you. If water pressure in the shower would be higher it would be perfect. Breakfast has plenty of options and every one can find his happiness (a small observation: eggs should be warmer). The team is amazing and Maja is a real star.

During my stay, I used the sauna without ever being informed that there was any cost associated. Only at the time of check-out was I surprised with a charge of €140 (€10 per person, per use).I consider this practice unacceptable, as there was no visible notice in the facilities, nor was I informed at check-in or in writing beforehand about the application of this fee. This lack of transparency violates the duty to inform the consumer and constitutes an abusive charging practice.

This was our last night of the trip so we chose somewhere close to the airport.A little lacking in facilities - no restaurant. However, the room was clean and quiet.Had a well stocked bar and lounge area that was used for breakfast but we left too early for that.

Had a great stay at Best Western Hotel Stella in Zagreb! Clean, spacious and well-maintane rooms, friendly staff ready to help with inquieres. Conveniently located near the airport with ample parking and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Free parking, clean if not remarkable rooms with plenty of space - this place is perfect for an overnight before or after a flight near Zagreb airport. Breakfast option are plentiful also - this hotel is a good value for the money. I would recommend and I would come back
