    We couldn’t fault the hotel in any way during our stay.Ideally located on the edge of the town of Kamari about 5-10 minute walk (flat) to the beach and a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.On the eastern side of the island but only a 20 minute taxi / 35 minute bus (2.20 €) from the town of Fira.The ideal location to explore the island but come back to somewhere more relaxed.The whole team were lovely and friendly - and extremely helpful. Advice freely given, when asked, about recommended places to visit, tours, wine tastings, where to get local buses, etc. The team - from the lovely owner, to the hard working housekeepers, barman and breakfast team - were all great, from initial check-in with Esmeralda to check out. In fact the hotel had actually made a phone call the day before we travelled to ask about our expected arrival time and provide some initial information- a really nice touch!The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, with balcony overlooking the well looked after gardens.We didn’t use the pool a lot - too much to see and do on the island - but nice to use for an hour before going out, or on return from a day exploring. The pool was not overcrowded and clean, with excellent friendly service at the pool bar.A lovely friendly, family run hotel.Thank you - highly recommended

    This hotel was amazing! Easy to get to from the airport (8 mins away) and about a 5 min walk to the beach where all the dinner places were. A very comfortable stay and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved the swimming pool and pool bar - amazing food! Would definitely recommend and would definitely and happily re visit. Loved it :)

    Absolutely beautiful hotel. Lovely breakfast with all fresh ingredients each day. Staff are fantastic, rooms spotless and cleaned daily. Pool area beautiful with the hardest working bar tender there is. He keeps the pool clean, area tidy and always on hand to serve up delicious cocktails and food. Receptionists all very helpful when asked upon. Grounds are beautifully kept with the addition of large chess board and table tennis table. 10 minutes to the beach, shops and bars. Hired a car from reception, toured the island in a day. A little gem of a place.

    Great location on the east of Santorini, close to local restaurants, supermarkets & the beach. The Rivari is a family-friendly hotel, set in lovely bougainvillea. It has a good-sized pool and all of the rooms are air-conditioned with ensure shower rooms and a television. Special shout out to Dina on reception. Warm-hearted, helpful and welcoming, Dina gave us great advice on things to see & do during our stay. Spiros, at the pool bar, is also very welcoming, a real gem.

    Lovely hotel , extremely friendly staff , star without doubt is Spiros who looks after the pool bar , what an absolute gent. Pool quiet and perfect size , rooms big enough for family of 4 , aircon slightly noisy. Would absolutely stay here again
