This hotel is located in the traditional village of Karterados, 800 m from the capital of Santorini, Fira Town. It is 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the port.     Fantastic hotel in a quiet part of Karterados. Easy to get to Fira by walking or bus, as well as many other tourist destinations using public transport.The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of food and shopping facilities close by too.The breakfast was great and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean.I would recommend this to any other families visiting the area.

    What I like:1. Come with free 2 drinking water bottles2. Affordable room price3. Tv with multiple channels4. Comfortable bed to sleep 5. The hotel helped to arrange taxi transport to airport with 26 euro for 4 of us.This is great as we did not need to take the public bus which a hassle to pull the luggage bag to the bus stop6. Free breakfast and coffee7. BalconyWhat I dont like:1. Need to walk about 1.6 km which is 20 min from hotel to bus station2. Small bathroom3. Very thin pillow but the room cleaner was very attentive and provided us with another pillow when we used the face towel as extra pillow to support our neck.4.No water kettle provided in the room

    Loved our stay!! Our room was perfect, AC was a must with the high temps. Great location to explore the island on foot, by bus and ATV. The staff were amazing, so sweet and helpful! Highly recommend!

    Location is not bad once you find it, because it is in a back alley of the mainroad. It's 300m from bus stop to north as well as to the south. Plenty of foods, mini market and bakeries. Room is a good size however the furniture is really like thrown in there, electrical cables dangling. The worst is the condition of the bathroom: shower stall is TINY! Literally about 50x50cm. I hate it when the shower curtain sticks to my body while showering so I let it opened. Ofcourse water splashed out and made entire bathroom floor wet. Towels were also very coarse/ hard. The soap bottle was broken and after telling them, they didnt change it.Though the price is as good as u can get in Santorini, but they need to improve it
