Location

Ideal for nudists and young people, this boutique hotel is situated in a quiet area in Oia, near the sea. The hotel is located just steps from nightlife and shopping.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2023. In addition to a villa/house, guests can also choose from a selection of 12 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a plug adapter and WiFi are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Slippers are included.     There are not enough words to express how amazing the Ikies is. This is the 3rd time my family has stayed at this amazing hotel, and it gets better and better every time. Everything from the rooms, to the most amazing view, to every person who works there is just magical. If you are coming to Oia, we cannot recommend the Ikies more. We cannot wait to go back!     The perfect anniversary getaway away at IKIES in Santorini!!

    IKIES was the perfect setting for our 40th Anniversary getaway! The Shipbuilders room offered a private hot tub and an amazing steam room! The views from our balcony, watching the sunset and the night sky of Oia were amazing! A delightful breakfast was served every morning! The staff were super friendly and accommodating! We felt the location was perfect, just far away enough from the crowds in Oia, but just a ten minute short walk away! We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely hotel in Santorini!     I’m lucky to have stayed here in 2014 and returned this year. It has only improved. I research a lot when I book accom ! I knew this resort was good but still checked out many before rebooking. FOMO because so many look great! I was absolutely delighted to be here again. The staff must endure a very long hard season of tourists but every one of them from porters to reception to cleaning were determined that we were treated like valued and welcomed guests. Kudos to all of you! The accommodation was spotless, perfect temperature, bed was very comfortable, private rain shower, sauna and spa overlooking the vast ocean was just magic. Many steps as most of Santorini has but no carrying luggage! The strong super fit porters do that ! Delicious and plentiful breakfast served on your private balcony looking out to a five star view is priceless . Walk to town in ten minutes, a mini mart around five minutes walk, room service and a fabulous cafe Mes Amis, just off the path to town , five minutes away. Buses to anywhere also close and cheap. Private taxis on offer everywhere and all so friendly and obliging! The locals are proud of their paradise . I just hope I’ll be back and I recommend anyone booking to book a spa suite! Treat yourself here. You won’t be sorry. Just be ready for stairs.

    Phenomenal for a 20th anniversary trip

    We had 3 days in the Winemaker's room to kick off a 20th anniversary trip to Greece. From the minute we first stepped foot on the property and saw the iconic views for the first time we were blown away. You worry that the pictures online won't be accurate but they were in this case...and more. Our stay couldn't have been better. The views and sunsets were stunning. The room was immaculate and larger than we thought it would be. Our balcony was incredibly spacious and provided the perfect venue for daily breakfast. The staff was top notch, with professionalism and attention to detail. We give it the highest recommendation!
