Location

    Great stay lovely experience.The manager Kostas Lekkas always made an effort to talk to us and make sure everything was smooth.The ladies on reception have been very helpful and friendly. The lady at the bar was lovely. My pineapple juice was lovely. We were upgraded to the jacuzzi room for a fraction of the price.

    Unacceptable, it all started when we visited it to ask very politely and with respect and professional behavior on our part towards the staff at the reception, there were 3 girls who laughed at the moment we were talking and with excessive audacity and irony, unfair to consider a luxury hotel more sad Unqualified people and indecent people work in this hotel!!!!!

    The location of this hotel is very convinient with walking distance to the Fira Market Centers and Theotokopoulou Square. This hotel has very less steps. We took the Premium Open Plan room. They have a nice lobby area to sit and relax if you are in gruop. The swimming pool area is also very good. The entire staff is very polite and helpful.

    The place is amazing, Kostas the manager were super friendly and upgraded our suite with a private jacuzzi for free!The whole place is impeccable, great breakfast selection, friendly service with great facilities and everything nearby what needed.Ευχαριστώ!

    We recently stayed for 4 nights. It was a nice hotel, great location. They were very kind, and always willing to assist. It’s family owned. The owner comes out to greet everyone. They are happy to help with arranging car services, and will put it on your tab. They cleaned our room everyday. We had a nice room. The bathroom was a little dark. The balcony area was large and a great addition to the space. The hotel is very open and outdoorsy, that being said there were ants in our room. It would be nice to have better pest control and luggage racks to keep the luggage off the floor. We booked through a credit card so they were surprised to see 3 people arrive even but they rolled with it. They give a tour upon arrival. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. You cannot drink the faucet water in the room. They give you a bottle of water per person per day but you’ll need more
