    Amazing hotel. Value for money. Breathtaking and unobstructed views of Aegean Sea and Fira. Excellent and friendly staff! Clean 10/10. Will definitely visit again.

    One week vacay, beautiful view, the room had this Greek vibe (room 33). Beautiful view from our privat terrasse and at the restaurant during breakfast. Helpful stuff( both at check in, help with the baggage and cleaning personnel. Room has the essentials, the/coffee/shampoo/soap /etc, warm blankets. Breakfast was a fast combination of breakfast type of food, the same menu every day which was served to us. My tip would be to take ear plugs with you, cos music from the restaurant plays late at night and a bit loud . But it’s ok if one not into go early to bed🤣

    Do Not Stay Here – Misleading, Dirty, and Unprofessional

    I had an absolutely terrible experience at Loucas on the Cliff, and I strongly urge other travelers to avoid this place.When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait over an hour before anyone showed up to check us in. Once in the room, we were shocked by the strong smell of mold, which was present in the bathroom and even on the mattresses. The mattresses were extremely hard, the Wi-Fi had no signal, and everything felt neglected and dirty.We were also forced to pay extra for our child, something that was not stated at the time of booking. When we questioned this, the receptionist laughed in our faces – a completely disrespectful and unprofessional attitude.On top of that, they tried to charge us more, accusing us of using the bathroom towels at the beach, which we never did. It felt like they were just trying to find ways to scam tourists.They made no attempt to fix any of the issues, and when we filed a complaint through Agoda, there was no follow-up or resolution. The photos online are completely misleading – there was no pool, and the rooms look nothing like the pictures.This was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.Do not book through Agoda. Do not stay at Loucas on the Cliff.

    Came to Santorini on a dream holiday to celebrate my wife's birthday. Booked a Superior double room (Caldera view). The room no 16 we got have a terrible view from our shared balcony (16,17) with high walls on 2 sides and most of the sea view obstructed with a high wall with a huge timber door. Saw beautiful photos of room and booked on Hotels.com. Contacted Hotels.com but they couldn't help either even after contacting the hotel. The staff came to the street to help with 2 suitcases which was good. Power point for the kettle is not working. Will definitely post another review re rest of our stay here incl breakfast etc.

    Excellent location and the views are amazing. To be right in the heart of the white wash area was amazing.Everyone we encountered was friendly enough. The room was adequate and spending limited time in there when have views of the sun set and sea in front of you The pool area was open and excellent with a front line un obstructed view.The breakfast for me was only negative with a kind of set menu of items placed down some of limited quality meaning lots of waste. Overall for the price was my favourite place to stay on the island and has to be experienced. I do not understand the negatives in my eyes if want higher quality then it comes with higher cost next door 900 euros a night for exampleGive this place a try
