  Great Stuff and Facilities, Perfect Location

  This is not only great place to enjoy your stay but people are there is best. Location is simply great -next to seaside and the best coast of the Santorini, facilities are great, staff is super helpful and friendly. Fully recommended, just go and enjoy at max.

  Cozy room near Perissa Beach

  The room was very cozy with a lovely balcony and the staff was very nice. It's located a small walk from Perissa beach and the bus station, exactly how we wanted it, as we planned to visit other parts of Santorini as well. Recommendations!

  i have just returned from perissa i stayed at the marousi rooms for two weeks ,i paid for , a fridge ,electric ring and kitchen gear ,i was given a knife , fork spoon tea spoon ,small cutting knife plate and dish ....no kettle instead i had to boil water in a large stew pan . no small pans , no cutting board .the normal cooking stuff was un available ,i asked for a small pan or kettle without luck ,olso i was bite in my bed three times ,in my bed ....the young girl who cleaned my room was a darling girl ...the rooms are very near to the beach which was lovely ,,would i go again NO THANK YOU .....

  Good and Cheap solution but UNCOMFORTABLE bed

  The Rooms are simply and clean (every day). The price is good if you compare with Santorini's prices and also location is good (100 m from the Perissa Beach). Managers are very friendly. But there are three things the oblidge me to give them only 3 points on 5:1) the bed is absolutely Uncomfortable. To hard. We slept badly the whole week. It was like to sleep on the floor.2) On booking.com there is written: "hotel offers a free service of tranportation from airport". What they don't mention is that after they offered free transportation to hotel, they ask 20 € to trasnport you to the airport at the end of holiday (so you pay also the first service). Not so transparent in this.3) Small shower with tend.

  Great location and great price

  We stayed here only very briefly, as our flight arrived very late and we were only staying one night. The owner was very nice. The late check in was no problem, and he even helped my husband carry our bags to the bus stop the next day because I was on crutches and couldn't carry anything. The hotel is truly right next to the beach--2 minutes and you're there. We quite enjoyed the beach at Perissa. The area is much less crowded and touristy than Oía, which was a plus for us, and this also means hotel prices are lower. The local bus comes right by the hotel (a 1 minute walk), and from there you can get anywhere on the island for really cheap. There is also a motorcycle and ATV rental place right next to the bus stop, as well as several shops and restaurants and an ATM. Our only issue was that since I ended up getting hurt the day before, our plans had to change, and we hoped to find some sort of car or bus tour at the last minute since walking wasn't much of an option. We asked the owner if he knew of any companies we could contact, but there was enough of a language barrier that he couldn't help. It was a great experience overall and it was too bad we couldn't stay longer!
