  Beautiful views

  We came for a week in may lovely place small hotel 25 rooms we booked caldera room it was amazing view don’t think we will ever get a view like it again room had lovely shower our room 111 was quite small but adequate no information hotel booklet in your room re anything which is unusual balcony was huge the pool area is very nice lovely sunbeds very relaxing area pool was very cold but it’s the time of year plus it’s unheated we still got in most days for quick dip.staff were all very attentive and friendly they all worked hard ..breakfast was 8-11 am it was ok omelettes and cheese tomatoes were lovely ..no baked beans toaster they need a new one rubbish takes so long and only one toaster ..cleaning was good but way too late everyday normally come round between 145-230 which we found very late as sometimes we would want to go bk to our room lunchtime to sit on balcony or just go to our room for a bit to relax ..we did the walk to Oia to fira it was amazing the views but omg I can’t believe did it mainly up rough terain and mainly vertical hills lol 😂 you just go out the back gate of hotel and you are on the path to Fira we picked a cooler day for this ..if you go out of front of hotel turn left towards main Oia town there is a shop 5 mins walk away perfect for filling up the fridge in room for drinks example 330ml cans of coke 1.30 euros in hotel only 250 mls and charge you 6 euros ..the hotel is expensive for drinks and food also they don’t offer any pool service re lunch drinks round pool which really would have been perfect so if you want to eat or get a drink you have to go up 3 flights of steps to restaurant ..they miss a trick here because we just used to go to balcony and have drinks and snacks we bought from shop ..Oia town is amazing everything and more you expect it to be breathtaking we ate out every late afternoon early evening and prices were on average about 22 euros a meal up to 40 euros a meal dearest place we ate it’s about 15 min walk to town ..overall I would defo recommend this hotel if staying in Oia and it’s the little extras they could improve on to make it a 5 star stay in our eyes earlier clean room times and offer pool service or a light lunch menu also an ironing board iron would be good to have in room we took travel iron but struggled to iron in room on small side ..also information leaflet in room advertising WiFi code menus times of breakfast etc would be helpful trying to take it all in when arriving late to hotel isn’t the best also we never got a welcome drink he said because we arrived late it was 930 so we went up to bar but it was already shut yes there is a mini bar in fridge but that is only choice he said will sort you out a complimentary drink Tom that never happened ..so just jiggly bits is why I’ve given 4 stars 🌟

  Top hotel near top location OIA in Santorini.

  Mr. and Mrs. White Hotel in Santorini was ExcellentOur room had a great view of the ocean and the caldera The staff is very courteous, and the complementary breakfast was very good quality. It was literally a 10 minute walk to Oia town. The hotel shows better than the pictures. The hotel is located on the edge of the cliff at joining the Fira to Oia hike trail. The restaurant has a million dollar view and the prices are so very reasonable. Could not ask for more at this beautiful hotel. HIghly recommend.

  Views are amazing but the accommodation is very outdated. Took us almost an hour to unlock the door to our room as it was so old. We had an accessible room, lucky we weren’t in a wheelchair as the bed is upstairs. Very basic room, once you shower you can’t go to the toilet as it floods the whole bathroom/ toilet area. Considering what we paid I would’ve expected more … very disappointing.. breakfast was basic& no one told us we could order eggs until our last morning there. Wouldn’t stay here again

  Warm Greek hospitality, breathtaking views.

  We loved this charming hotel. Our superior room had a loft bed, sitting room and a large terrace with breathtaking views of the caldera, ocean and pool. Having a fridge, air conditioning and daily cleaning was terrific. There are two pool areas with plenty of loungers, plus an infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the sea (with towels, showers, and toilets provided). Recommend enjoying a cocktail whilst experiencing the incredible sunsets. Also, the path to the well-known walk from Oia to Fira is easily accessible from here. Breakfast was excellent, with eggs cooked any style, Greek yoghurt, fresh fruit, bacon, great coffee, and more. Each morning was made special by the warm welcome from Sasa & Lena.The location is peaceful, away from the noise and high prices of Oia, yet just a 10-minute walk to great restaurants. Oia, itself is only 20 minutes on foot or 7 minutes by bus from right outside the hotel (we recommend a taxi back due to the one-way road).What makes every hotel stay special is the staff. This was no exception, additional thanks to Thanos, Maria, Lydia, Stavros & George for adding hugely to our trip. Overall, this small, personable hotel is perfect for Santorini sunsets, relaxation, and true Greek hospitality.   A fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and catered for all of our needs throughout our stay.The location was perfect, a short walk to the heart of Oia, but also far enough to way to give peace and quiet. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and a good range of choices at breakfast. The bar staff made lovely cocktails. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Santorini.
