  Beautifully decorated charming homes

  We stayed here for 3 nights here in a charming village. The place is beautiful and quiet and a 10 minute walk from Oia. There are a few very good restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

  Beautiful cave house plenty big enough for 3 people with loveky interior and decor and cute little patio area. Easy 10 minutes walk into Oia but far enough away from the crowds and some lovely little restaurants nearby with sunset views.

  The hotel is im the small town of Finikia, just down the road from Oia. It's in a very small town, you have to leave your car in the town parking lot and walk to the hotel. It was clean with a great view. We also watched the sunset at nearby Meze Meze and avoided the crowds of oia.If you plan to stay here, you should definitely rent a car or scooter to get around the island.

  Finikia is a traditional Santorini village, which means that you park your car/bike/quad in the car park & walk to your location. If you’re fit & don’t mind lots of steps, it will take less than 10 minutes to walk. If mobility is an issue, don’t stay here.The owner met me in the car park & walked with me to the apartment. Her partner (?) pulled my suitcase for me, very kind. She left me her mobile number for any queries/issues, of which there were none.I have to say I loved this place. It was self catering & contained everything I needed. It was a pleasant (and refreshing) surprise to find a bottle of water & a carton of orange juice in the fridge, also some very nice cookies. As the apartment is built into the side of the mountain, it is lovely & cool when it’s 25C+ outside.There was a small front garden with very comfortable sun beds & an umbrella. It was so quiet day & night.It was a 20 minute walk to Oia (assuming you’re relatively fit) & the bus runs every 20 mins to Fira, from there you can get a bus anywhere on the island.I would love to return to Santorini & I would certainly stay here again. I couldn’t thing of anything negative to say about the apartment, even if I wanted to, it was beautiful.

  The room is really good, big, clean, have a kitchen if you want cook and have a balcony.The distance of the center of OIA is about 10 minutes walking. It is not in the center, but it is not a real problem. The owner, Maragarita, is really nice, helpful and Kind.
