    Mold in Rooms

    Stayed here for 7 nights. On arrival, the room was not properly cleaned (hair on the floors and bathroom), which was already disappointing.The bigger issue: there was mold in the room that I only discovered two nights before checkout. By day 4, I had developed headaches, fatigue, and respiratory discomfort, which I initially thought was travel-related. After leaving the room, my symptoms improved quickly.Two weeks later, I’m still dealing with respiratory inflammation and have had to spend money on medical care.Mold does not develop overnight, so this is a serious maintenance issue. What seemed like a cheaper option ended up costing far more in health and expenses.Be cautious when booking.

    My partner booked this hotel & to be honest I had low expectations after he revealed it was a 2 star hotel! However I was wrong!This was by far the cleanest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in regardless of the star rating. It was cleaned every day including the bedsheets & towels.The whole of the hotel was immaculate. Admittedly the furnishing was typical wooden furniture & the bed was firm..One thing to note you need your own cup & teaspoon if you want to brew a morning cuppa.The pool was perfect for swimming & very clean.The staff were friendly & welcoming.So overall I would stay at this hotel again.

    Lovely family run Hotel in a great location. Away from the noisy Central area of Fira but walking distance to it all. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend the 40 euro tour that reception can book for you and pickup is from the hotel. It’s an all day tour of the island and includes sunset at Oai … a brilliant day out.

    Nicely set up hotel. We had two side by side rooms with a shared balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great. Very clean hotel, friendly service. The location was one block from the central buses, and convenient to all shops and dining
