    Favourite hotel I've ever stayed in!

    First of all, let me apologise for reviewing this wonderful property nearly a year after our visit. We stayed in the suite at Pantheon Villas and the balcony with hot tub provided glorious views of the Caldera. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious for two people. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful and I can't thank them enough for being so kind and accommodating to my wife and I. The transfer to the and from the airport was a great service too.My only recommendation would be to make sure to hire a quad bike or car while there, relying on the buses in Santorini can be a waiting game. The closest bus stop is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the property.This also lies roughly halfway (I believe) on the Fira/Oia hike, so you can spend the day lounging at the pool people-watching. Be warned, the journey to Oia from here is steep in parts and at least and hour to an hour and a half hike. Take water and be prepared to sweat. Well worth the trek especially once you reach Oia and there are bakeries, cafes and shops in the area. Lovely little shop right near the Oia bus stop to stock up on supplies and souvenirs. I would highly recommend this property!

    I can’t quite find the words to say how much I loved my stay at this hotel I can only apologise I have not left a review sooner. I’m still dreaming about this holiday almost a year later!It was our first trip to Santorini as a couple and it’s true to say we will NEVER top this holiday. It was out of this world. On arrival we got a free room upgrade to what I can only describe as the most incredible room in the establishment. Views of the caldera and a private jacuzzi! We were honestly lost for words when we saw the room. *i think I had a mini excited cry*The staff are second to none here and the lady on reception with the long blonde hair (so sorry we didn’t get her name) made our holiday unforgettable. So thank you to you!! She was super knowledgable about restaurants, hiring quad bikes and boat trips, we wouldn’t have done as much as we did if it wasn’t for her. I am vegan and my partner pescatarian and we both found ample enough options for breakfast and lunch, we dined out every night in Fira which is around 10/15 mins in a taxi. (€10)Would definitely recommmend you hire a quad bike to get around the island. This hotel is remote but worth it for the breathtaking views. Cannot WAIT to come back to Pantheon again soon. A huge thank you to all the staff :)

    Unbelievable view, quiet resort

    The pictures of the pool and the view of Santorini beyond do not begin to do this place justice. Its absolutely breathtaking. The room was big and included a sitting area and a small kitchenette. Its an easy walk to the bus stop to go to either Oia or Fira. About a 1 hour walk along the coastal path to Fira and about 2 hours to Oia. Wouldn't recommend either path at night due to uneven terrain and minimal lighting. However during the day the walk and its views are spectacular. We greatly enjoyed our visit to Pantheon Villas!

    This hotel has a lovely, large swimming pool and a round pool that is warmer where you can sit and look at the ocean. There are lovely canopied beds. Great views but not close to towns. This didn't worry us.There had been a mix up with our booking but they put us up on an u[graded property and room a short distance away. They then gave us a room with a private pool, however this was at the back and there was more wind so too cold to use.They offer free transfers from the airport. It was great value. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was lovely. However i think they need to upgrade their beds. Not so comfy.

    PERFECT hotel for wedding guests

    5 Stars does not do this hotel justice when thinking about the incredible experience we had at Pantheon Villas this past June. We live in the US and needed to find a hotel for ourselves and our wedding guests to stay at for our Santorini wedding. Pantheon Villas was absolute perfection and I would choose them all over again in a heartbeat.The Staff: Planning from afar is never an easy task, but John and Nikolaos made this process seamless by answering our many questions over email and accommodating our guests with their special requests and booking inquiries. As we went through the wedding weekend, the Pantheon staff was always there to help out and save the day with all of the last-minute logistics issues that come with planning a destination wedding. Kudos to Nikolaos for remembering everyone's names by the end of the wedding weekend, and the staff for going out of their way to make our guests feel welcome and pampered.The Hotel: When you arrive at the hotel, you are welcomed with unrivaled hospitality and a glass of prosecco, while concurrently trying to wrap your head around how the grounds could possibly be more beautiful than you could have possibly imagined. The main pool area has lush greenery and a sense of serenity not necessarily found at other hotels on the caldera. The views are stunning- we enjoyed both beautiful sunsets from the front of the hotel and a beautiful sunrise from the Villa side of the resort.The Rooms: The rooms are all extremely spacious and well furnished. We were catering to many tastes amongst our guests, which made finding the perfect hotel near impossible...but Pantheon covered it all. The honeymoon suite was huge and absolutely gorgeous, there were luxurious suites available for those looking for a romantic getaway, and the villas with private pools were perfection for the groups of friends or families with small children looking to share accommodation. It truly was the ideal resort to host our wedding guests and I couldn't possibly recommend Pantheon any higher, especially if you need to find a resort appropriate for both adults and children, which is rare on the island. To John, Nikolaos, Victoria, Bill, and the rest of the Pantheon staff, thank you so much for making our wedding weekend perfect! We can't wait to come back.
