    5 stars for sure. Amazing service. Breakfast portions were so big and fresh. The jacuzzi was my favourite part. You can enjoy the Santorini’s sunset here. Host was so lovely and welcoming. Room’s always tidy. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks for the crew and the host.

    Avoid This Property – Zero Accountability, sleepless nights, and zero emergency support.We arrived at 11 PM to find no one to receive us. Due to a communication failure between Simona and caretaker Usman, we were left stranded on the road with luggage for 45 minutes.The location and rooms requires climbing nearly 100 steep stairs each time you come and go.Technical Failures:The air conditioning in Room 6 never worked properly, tripping every ten minutes. Though the team visited multiple times during the day to check, they were unable to fix it. We endured sleepless nights due to persistent AC and power issues.On the final night, our room experienced a complete power shutdown. Called Simona multiple times – she did not respond that night. Caretaker Usman arrived but was unable to help, he has a very casual attitude towards any situation. Spending the night in complete darkness was simply unacceptable.No Night Support:Once the restaurant closes, there is no staff or manpower available at night. Do not expect any immediate emergency support. Usman, who also works in the restaurant, was unwelcoming and rude throughout.Cleanliness & Accuracy:The room had a dirty jacuzzi and hair strands left behind. The cramped room bears no resemblance to the fancy photographs on booking sites.Management has a casual attitude and does not care to address any of these issues. Please read other reviews of similar nature before finalising this property.

    - Only 8 rooms total (3 on the upper level, 5 on the lower level). Reaching the lower level requires 49 steep stairs each way (100 stairs total) just to access the restaurant or exit the property.- Very small property - The overall property is quite compact.- Jacuzzi issues - Water was lukewarm at best, not hot. Visibly dirty, and offered no privacy (overlooked by restaurant guests and staff).- Toiletries were cheap, towels were rough and hard, and slippers were of low quality- Only one bottle of water provided per stay, with no complimentary refills or additional bottles offered.- Rooms are small and have a cave-like structure. They become humid at night. If the AC doesn't work, sleeping is very difficult. AC in our room tripped every 10 minutes.- Lack of cleanliness - Visible hair remained even after housekeeping.- No overnight staff availability - No team member available after restaurant closing until 8:00 AM. No proper reception.- Persistent AC issues & electricity failure - Problems with air conditioning throughout the stay, and a complete electricity failure in room on the last night.Given the prices charged, the services provided do not justify the cost.

    On the Cliff Suites is absolutely magical! We felt as though we were in another world with the stunning view of the caldera by the sea. Simona was so helpful and provided us with the warm, Greek hospitality we have always heard about. We felt like guests in her home the way she ensured even the tiniest of details were perfect for us. We were in room 1, which was a generous upgrade from the room we had booked. It was hard to leave the room to explore the island, because it was so perfect and peaceful there! The breakfast was included, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh, and there was plenty of it! The room was perfectly clean as well. One day during our stay was stormy, so we got to laze around in the room and listen to the thunder, wind, and rain. It was so relaxing. We also took advantage of the hot tub one night, which was so beautiful overlooking the caldera and the sea. On the Cliff Suites exceeded my expectations, and I cannot wait to return one day. I have traveled all over the world, and this ranks up top as one of my favorite places I've stayed.
