    Great hotel in idyllic setting.

    We arrived 5 hours ahead of check in time and were greeted by Ritsa who offered free breakfast and use of all facilities until our room was ready. After a short walk we visited the black beach where we enjoyed a drink at Dodos. We have never felt more relaxed, comfortable and unrushed. Returning to the hotel we were shown to our delightful room which was equipped with everything needed. The entire venue is immaculately clean and well maintained and Ritsa is incredible, advising us of best places to visit and public transport is nearby and easy to use. An amazing stay at the best hotel we have ever used. Highly recommend for short sightseeing breaks or longer beach holidays.

    Excellent hotel, helpful staff, great location. Couldn't fault it. Lovely breakfast,more than was expected. Great french toast, pancakes, fruit and the usual eggs, sausage beans if you wanted.The rooms were lovely, plenty of space,and cleaned every day. Reasonably priced meals and drinks all very tasty. Perfect location for the beach, in a nice quiet area. Very helpful arranging transport making sure our stay was the best

    Fabulous relaxing escape for our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff & service was excellent & Ritsa was always at hand to help with anything we needed.Hotel is located 5-10 minutes walk from the beach & restaurants and only 3-5 minutes from a bus stop linking the rest of the island. Our room and indeed all of the hotel was spotless and well kept.We would highly recommend a visit and hope to return ourselves soon.

    Not a 4* hotel and wouldn’t return

    First of all, the staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The pictures advertised are very old and the place is totally different. We were sold this as a 4* hotel, this is definitely not a 4* hotel and paid the 4* tourist tax-the bathroom had a sliding door, with gaps in, no toilet roll holder, the cup that was in there was dirty and never changed throughout our stay, the walls are dirty, the toilet wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis and stains on the towels-the room, had no storage, the curtain over the patio door didn’t actually fully cover the door, the glasses in our room (water/wine) were never cleaned or changed throughout our stay. The cleaners were minutes in the rooms “cleaning them” and a few of the days didn’t get to our room until after 5pm -The pool area, had to get up at the crack of dawn if you want a sunbed round the pool, not enough beds to cater for the amount of rooms, music very depressing, we don’t our days on the beach -breakfast, lukewarm food, diluted breakfast juice, but plenty of selection -the area, 10 minutes walk down to the beach front, where there are a number of restaurants, some are quite expensive. Very busy through the day, as people travel to this beach, but on a night, hardly a sole about….in the middle of August!! I did find this place very boring. We did find a restaurant “forty one”, which was lovely, again expensive, but gorgeous food and winePeople are friendly and the weather was great, a nice wind nearly every day to make it that bit cooler
