The hotel is located at the entrance of the village of Oia, on a cliff side overlooking the caldera, a 30-minute drive north from Santorini Airport and Oia's port.

    Perfect Caldera Cave Stay

    The most perfect stay on Santorini’s caldera. My only complaint is we did not stay long enough. They offer complimentary transfers which is wonderful. The grounds and room were impeccably clean. The included breakfast is diverse, plentiful and beautifully prepared. The rooms are a mix of modern and antique — so fresh and quaint. Loved our suite. The property is small and quiet and has an exquisite, breathtaking view; we didn’t want to leave our patio. Each employee treaded us kindly and professionally. I would love to return!

    Perivolas Hotel is truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The rooms are beautiful, simple yet elegant, and waking up to that view of the caldera is something I’ll never forget. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to help with anything we needed.The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still easy to get to restaurants and local spots. Sitting by the pool with the sea stretching out in front of you is pure magic.     Perivolas was amazing. The staff, room, food and property were everything we could want. The views were incredible and we really felt like we were in a special place. The location in Oia was perfect. You could walk to the restaurants and shops but relax in a private luxurious setting. Everyone we came in contact made us feel welcome and greeted us with a smile.     Our magical stay at Perivolas

    Our stay at Perivolas was magical. From the moment we were picked up at the airport we felt welcomed & valued . Our room was very comfortable & charming.... the view from our private patio was spectacular....and the staff were warm & accommodating. It was located far enough from Oia to be peaceful & private but close enough to not take long to walk into town. The meal we had was wonderful....the presentation of each course creative & beautiful....clearly the chef & staff take a great deal of pride in their craft. The included breakfast was equally delicious & beautifully prepared. We thank the Perivolas staff for helping to make our stay romantic & completely memorable.     HEAVEN ON EARTH. Every moment on this property was a dream. The rooms, staff, food, amenities and of course, the VIEWS! Best sunset and Oia view you will get anywhere, hands down. It is such a pleasure to be a 5 minute walk away from the madness of Oia to enter your own private, quiet paradise. We also loved the gym, steam, sauna.. the breakfast was incredible…I could go on and on. This property is the absolute BEST in Oia. I would never stay anywhere else!!
